The B&B is very beautiful and carefully maintained in the details, the room is spacious and has everything, and the terrace is splendid for breakfasts or relaxing.

Great location, close to the sea and to the center of Punta Secca. Twenty minutes by car to reach Ragusa Ibla (wonderful). Scicli: a marvelous Baroque village and the beautiful Modica.

Very relaxing vacation in a very welcoming structure. The owners are exquisite and attentive to the needs of all guests. Highly recommended!

Beautiful experience in a unique structure, where the sustainability of the materials and products used is given the utmost consideration. Excellent location just a stone's throw from a beautiful sea. Courtesy and availability from the young managers to suggest itineraries and visits to art and historically significant places in the magnificent province of Ragusa.

We stayed for 4 nights in this B&B and it remained in our hearts thanks to Licia and Beppe, welcoming and available for every need or advice. There is a nice atmosphere, pleasant breakfasts and sunsets on the terrace. The structure itself is very special and respects nature.

After reading the beautiful reviews, we had high expectations, but we were disappointed. The Germogli room appears much more spacious in the photos. It has only one window without a terrace. The bathroom is the bare minimum. The shower base has traces of humidity that should be fixed. Being forced to have breakfast elbow to elbow with other guests, due to limited space, is not always pleasant. The common areas need to be better maintained as they give an idea of disorder. The breakfast, under the pretext of zero kilometers and completely without savory options, was truly sad. For example, the only bread was the homemade loaf, hard to cut and also to eat.

Truly eco-friendly structure, with a beautiful terrace where breakfast is served, but also where you can enjoy the sunset. Really special attention to the customer, knowing about my nut allergy they made sure to have my favorite cake ready. In any case, I wouldn't have starved, as every morning they make bread, fresh fruit salad, jams and on request eggs, omelets with wild asparagus. Beach umbrellas and chairs, bicycles available. Rooms with air conditioning and fridge, water dispenser to avoid buying unnecessary plastic bottles. Congratulations.

We loved every aspect of our stay. We initially chose this B&B for its location, being in Montalbano's Punta Secca and near the sea front and for the fact that it was designed in an ecologically sound manner. Our hosts, Licia and Giuseppe, were very welcoming and made us feel at home. The room we had was clean, new, and well designed. We loved the balcony with a curtain of greenery that kept us cool and gave us some privacy. The bathroom had everything we needed and we loved the unique design, wonderful. The rooftop terrace was great for early evening drinks and relaxing before going to one of the numerous restaurants for dinner. A delicious breakfast was served on the rooftop, with a selection of sweet treats, savory items, and fruit. We especially enjoyed the homemade bread and cakes. We found the air conditioning very useful overnight due to the hot weather which allowed us to sleep well, as did the comfortable bed. The location was close to a Spar shop and the beach, which was a short walk away. We were able to borrow beach chairs and a sunshade to take down to the beach, which were very useful. I would highly recommend this B&B to everyone.

Unequivocally everything perfect.

Staying at the delightful Sempreverde Atelier B&B for 15 days was a pleasant experience. The owners, Licia and Giuseppe, dedicate themselves with passion and dedication to their work. They take care of their guests even before arrival, sending a message to inquire about the journey and asking for the expected arrival time, in order to be ready to welcome you. During check-in and check-out, parking is allowed on their driveway next to the front door, a much appreciated opportunity. We were greeted by Licia, who welcomed us barefoot, showing her attachment to the territory with a smile and kindness that make you feel in the right place. The next morning at breakfast, we met Giuseppe, equally kind, courteous, smiling, and helpful. The property is delightful and well-maintained both externally and internally. The Sempreverde website is beautifully designed and allows you to discover all the details of each environment, offering the possibility of taking a virtual tour that reveals almost everything. The atelier is enchanting, rich in furnishings details and with a wonderful French door overlooking a garden. The terrace with sea view and lighthouse view, surrounded by well-kept plants, a nice swing, and more, where breakfast is served, is another strength. Every morning, freshly baked bread by Mamma Pia, who also offers her sweets, jams, and cakes, each day different. If you are lucky enough to also meet dad Gino, another beautiful person of this wonderful family, you may have the privilege of taking a nice tour with his boat to discover other corners of paradise and to take a dip in the deep blue waters. There is also a purifier that dispenses natural, sparkling, or slightly sparkling water, avoiding the need to buy heavy water bottles. Additionally, there is a corner on the ground floor where you can store your umbrella and sunbeds without having to carry them to your room. Finally, there is an outdoor shower to remove sand from your feet once back from the beach, avoiding soiling the inside. The rooms and all environments are always very clean and always have a nice scent, giving a pleasant feeling of well-being and hygiene. The eco-friendly vocation is also noticeable when you realize that the shutters of the room balconies are equipped with sensors that deactivate the air conditioner if the shutter is open. The old-style bell with a cord next to the atelier's front door to announce your arrival is adorable. Not to forget the location of this little corner of paradise, a stone's throw from the beach and all the beauties that Punta Secca offers. What can I say, going on vacation to your heart's place and feeling at home. We will certainly return in the coming years with the joy of meeting again two other guest couples, Paola and Tiziano, Barbie and Ken, to whom we have grown fond.

We were looking for a small coastal town with easy beach access and a few good places to eat. Sempreverde turned out to be a beautifully eco-designed building with great rooms and a wonderful rooftop terrace in a good coastal location. But the host also created a really lovely atmosphere among the guests and with her family, who help out at the B and B. The breakfast was wonderful with all sorts of high-quality food characteristic of the area and, especially, cakes homemade by the host's mother. We had a boat ride with her father that was one of the best experiences of our trip. It introduced us to the nearby forest reserve which was a great place for a relaxing beach day. Sempreverde accommodation has everything you may need and they are thoughtful and welcoming people. Excellent!

Staying at Sempreverde Atelier is like being at home. Unfortunately, we only stayed for 5 days but the harmony that was created with Licia and Beppe was immediate. The rooms as well as the common areas are cozy and full of creativity. The terrace, where Licia and Beppe (together with the cats Marcello and Frida), welcomed us every morning for breakfast, which was always rich and varied, was delightful. We fondly remember the scent of warm bread from mom Pia. The location of the bed and breakfast is strategic. It allows you to visit the most beautiful cities and beaches of the southeastern coast. Expect us because we will definitely come back! Licia and Mauro.

Courtesy and complete availability. The best welcome a guest could hope for. We returned yesterday from a short vacation in Punta Secca, with expectations significantly lower than what actually materialized. Licia and Giuseppe were extremely kind from the first phone call, they put us in the best possible condition, offering us the use of sun loungers and umbrellas and more importantly they allowed us to park the motorcycle in a covered space inside the structure, which would have otherwise been left outside unattended, all without any extra charge. The structure is new, furnished with taste and creativity by Licia herself. Very varied breakfast with typical homemade Sicilian sweets (top!), served on the terrace. Lastly, even though check-out was already done, to let us make the most of our last hours of vacation, they provided us with a personal shower. What can I say, thank you Licia and thank you Giuseppe, we will definitely come back.

Very beautiful structure, made with care, original but also functional details. Nice terrace usable by customers not only for breakfast. Favorable position. The owners are kind, offer useful suggestions/instructions and create a politely informal environment. Breakfast was ok for us, especially for the cake of the day (the one with ricotta and chocolate above all). Suggestion, more than criticism: changing towels every 4 days may be a bit delayed.

Licia is a true hostess in every sense of the word. She naturally makes everyone feel at ease, and always provides support. Upon arrival, they unloaded our luggage and looked for parking. The courtesy was greatly appreciated given the heat and travel fatigue. For breakfast, the mother prepared a moving ricotta and pistachio tart! The entire experience was more than positive, and we can't wait to return. Thank you, Licia, for managing to make beauty even more beautiful and choosing to share it with others. Bow, Lucia.

Very beautiful, unique and welcoming structure; close to the beach, very quiet. Licia, the owner, is friendly and attentive to every small need of her guests. Breakfast on a splendid terrace, with cakes and jam made by her mom; excellent solution for a relaxing holiday. We will definitely come back: highly recommended!

Beautiful and original B&B in Punta Secca built in a sustainable way and with straw. This type of construction leaves the rooms cool and airy and it feels very good. Licia, the owner, welcomed us with sympathy explaining the techniques used and presenting the structure to us. Our room was the Fiori, large with a beautiful bathroom also of considerable size and with a terrace surrounded by white bougainvillea. Air conditioning and wifi present and working well. Impeccable cleanliness! Breakfast was served every morning from 9:00 to 10:30 on the beautiful panoramic terrace located above the structure. We stayed for 4 days and we really enjoyed our stay. I conclude the review by pointing out some aspects that in my opinion could be improved: the breakfast time could start earlier, at least at 8:30 to better manage the day. Breakfast has nothing salty and could offer cheeses, cold cuts, eggs etc.. and also some typical pastries (croissants and Sicilian pastries in general). Unlike many other guests, we did not like the sweets offered because they were really too little sweetened. Finally, I mention the parking: the spot in front of the B&B was a driveway and we were told that (rightly) it had to be left free, unfortunately too many times it was occupied by the boyfriend's car. If you really want to help someone, perhaps it is better to choose the guests or enforce the rule for everyone. All this does not detract from the rating which remains very good.

We stayed at the B&B Sempreverde for 5 days in August and we had a great time. The structure is new, the room was comfortable and clean, the original furniture, all designed in an eco-sustainable way. We really enjoyed the breakfast, excellent sweets, fresh cakes, a surprise every day! The B&B is very close to the beaches, it also provides umbrellas and beach chairs for free. Very positive experience.

A true gem! Licia and her mother pamper and take care of the guests from the very first moment. The breakfast with homemade breads and cakes is unique and if something is missing on the table, it is promptly provided upon request. The individual rooms are all very uniquely decorated and the beds are very comfortable. The location in Punta Secca is quiet yet very central. The small town has a lot of charm and many good restaurants. We can recommend Sempreverde Atelier B&B without hesitation!

We were looking for a place to stay near Montalbano's house and we found a splendid solution in this B&B just a few meters from the beach and the center of "Marinella".\n\nLicia manages this ecological house with her parents, with great love and attention, very well maintained and built with natural materials.\n\nWood, raw earth, straw, and bamboo blend perfectly with the furnishings and with the naturalistic project that generated it, the subject of Licia's thesis (I recommend reading on the website how it was conceived).\n\nThe rooms are all themed: we stayed in the Double Flowers, very relaxing and well furnished, with a balcony overlooking the lighthouse and a large bathroom and a beautiful shower.\n\nThe part we enjoyed the most, without taking anything away from the small internal garden with a lemon tree already full of fruit, is undoubtedly the terrace enriched with medicinal and fruit plants.\n\nHere you can have a rich breakfast in a structure where nature reigns.\n\nVery fresh and homemade food by Licia's mother: delicious lemon cream muffins, orange lemon and tangerine jams.. And there is always Modica chocolate and fresh fruit, fruit juices, and cheeses..\n\nPunta Secca sandy beach is a few meters from the property, and parking is available.\n\nThe quality-price ratio..is priceless, it's just to try.

What can I say, a truly amazing structure in perfect harmony with the environment and you can feel it in every corner of the property and in the management. Licia is a truly special person attentive to every little need and generous in doing everything possible to make her guest comfortable, just like her wonderful family discreet competent and who tells her profession not just with passion, but with heart.\n\nA fabulous experience that I hope can be repeated soon. What can I say, I literally fell in love with Punta Secca! A simple and serene town, therefore spectacular. Walking in the center or along the beach is like living in another world, it conveys an incomparable serenity and peace. The Sempreverde Atelier B&B is brand new and built with natural materials. Licia, then, is a lovely, sweet and very young girl, who decided to invest in her town instead of running away. Well done, congratulations! What to say about breakfast? Very abundant, with fruit, bread and homemade cakes, Modica chocolate, almonds... you can't finish them! All enjoyed on the terrace with a sea view! From my room I could see the lighthouse, beautiful. Highly recommended. Laura.

We were only there for 5 days, but it felt like we had been guests for 10 years. Exceptional hospitality, a spectacular breakfast, excellent location. I recommend also taking a boat trip with Mr. Gino, a true enthusiast and connoisseur of the Sicilian sea. Licia, Pia, Gino are 3 special people. A place to come back to 100%.
