We are pleased to welcome you to our large and comfortable apartment, located on the second floor of a building (without elevator), in a strategic position just 900 meters from the suggestive Scala dei Turchi and 7 minutes walk from the beautiful sandy beach of Lido Rossello. With its 95 square meters recently renovated, the apartment is the ideal choice for those who want to stay in a quiet environment equipped with all comforts, perfect for families or groups of friends.
You can immediately feel at home and enjoy accommodation complete with free Wi-Fi, a kitchen equipped with an oven, and spacious and air-conditioned rooms. The apartment has:
a double bedroom with balcony,
a bedroom with two single beds,
a modern bathroom with shower,
a large living / dining room with double sofa bed,
a complete kitchen,
a practical closet.

The 95 sqm apartment. it is completely renovated, you will have a pleasant stay during your stay. Relax with the whole family in this quiet accommodation equipped with every comfort and FREE WiFi internet. Kitchen equipped with oven. The bedrooms and the living / dining room are air conditioned. Upon arrival you will be enveloped by a pleasant feeling of welcome where you will find yourself at home, albeit for a limited period. The apartment has a double bedroom with balcony, a small room with two beds, bathroom with shower, large living / dining room with double sofa bed, full kitchen and dressing room. The apartment has an alarm system, video intercom, independent heating. In the condominium area, private parking is available for guests. On foot it is possible to reach the Scala dei Turchi and many summer clubs not far from our structure. Soon!

Lido Rossello is the seaside town of Realmonte which is about 1. 8 km away. Located right in the Bay of Capo Rossello, the small inhabited center is inserted in a very suggestive environmental context: to the north it is closed by the Costabianca arc, to the west by Capo Rossello and to the east by the continuation of the coastal arc that ends with the background of Scala dei Turchi, to the south it opens onto the sea with a beach of modest size but very composed and collected. "Scala dei Turchi Apartment" is located about 800 meters from the Belvedere della Scala dei Turchi, easily reachable on foot.
During the summer season the village is filled with visitors who come here to spend their holidays who in turn crowd the beach which takes on a lively and colorful look. On summer evenings they are entertained by a series of events and demonstrations held at the "Costabianca Theater", a structure that is unique in its kind.
The stretch of sea in front of Lido Rossello is considered, from the point of view of bathing, one of the safest in the Province as its seabed devoid of sudden changes in altitude, gently sloping towards the open sea with a very low slope (about 3%), is ideal for bathing children.
The view towards the sea is enlivened by a series of groups of emerging rocks that make the place very characteristic, such as the "Rocca Gucciarda" also known as "U 'scogliu do zito e a zita", an islet about 300 meters away from the beach.

Super equipped apartment with all the comforts needed to spend a good vacation. The host was very welcoming and provided us with numerous information. The accommodation is located in a good position to visit the area, but unfortunately, to reach the beautiful beach near the house, it is necessary to take the car as the road is steep and in the sun. Overall, we highly recommend this apartment.

Ideal location to visit the Scala dei Turchi, and convenient for the Valley of the Temples in Agrigento. Spacious and clean apartment. The owner is very kind and helpful. He provided us with oil from his production along with a gift of bread and a small can to taste before returning.
