Sapore di Sale is located on the 1st floor of a 20th century building with entrance via stairs and is in an excellent location in the city that allows you to easily reach Ortigia, the Neapolis park and the center.
It has characteristic vaulted roofs of the time, and has been tastefully restored respecting the details of the time that emerged from the renovation. The wooden doors and window frames have been renovated giving a charm of yesteryear. The furniture is a perfect combination of modern and vintage style, with period elements.
The structure, well finished and elegantly furnished, is equipped with all comforts, and divided into n. 2 apartments. and can accommodate up to 4 people, plus a baby in a cot.
Apartment n. 1: It consists of a bedroom with bathroom and balcony, and a living room with breakfast corner equipped with microwave oven, coffee machine, fridge, TV and wifi.
Apartment n. 2: It consists of a kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances and with a double sofa bed, a bedroom with a four-poster bed and a private bathroom. Each room has air conditioning and TV and free wifi. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, plus a cot or extra bed in the bedroom.

I am Valentina, and thanks to my passion for hospitality I have decided to renovate and offer my apartment as a tourist rental.
In the renovation we have chosen to recover the period finishes present in the apartment without sacrificing design, practicality and comfort.
I want my guests to feel at home for comfort, and pampered as if with small precautions
I love reading, traveling, hiking and I am always available to suggest places and activities to visit both Syracuse and its surroundings and to suggest, on request, even lesser known itineraries.

The building is dated, but the apartment has been renovated and is very charming. Perfect shower, comfortable bed. Great attention to details, such as lighting, air conditioners, and the care of supplies, from hygiene products to the necessary for simple meals or takeout. The bus terminal and train station are very close, the center is a stone's throw away, recommended.

Congratulations to the manager, he made us feel at home. Breakfast was not planned, but there was actually enough to have it. Experience to be repeated. The only downside is that there were ongoing construction works to access the property.

Cozy apartment, very well maintained and very clean. The bedroom and bathroom are spacious and in the living area, even with the sofa bed open, there was plenty of space. Breakfast is not officially included, but the host, Valentina, provided everything we needed (coffee machine, pods, rusks, little jams...). Perfect location very close to the station and about a 15-minute walk from Ortigia, in a quiet area. Valentina is super helpful and nice.

Great property close to everything you want to be near. Train station is just a couple of blocks away and the walk to Ortigia Island is also quick. WIFI was fast, Water pressure great and bed comfortable.

Great B&B, the apartment is very large, tastefully renovated. Self check-in possible with key box for the building and electronic lock for the room. Presence of 2 air conditioners (living room and bedroom), very useful given the temperatures at the beginning of July. Our host was very helpful. The apartment is clean, with a small balcony. Big plus, parking on the street right in front of the door and for free. Finally, there is a great pasta restaurant 50 meters from the apartment called "Aldente" at 46 via Crispi.
