Santa Teresa is a self-catering accommodation located in the heart of Erice, a fortified hilltop town overlooking Trapani, the Egadi Islands and the western coast of Sicily (from Marsala to San Vito Lo Capo).
You can easily reach Erice flyng by low cost airlins such as Ryanair to Trapani (37 km) or Palermo (92 km).
The property is close to the main square, Piazza Umberto I, allowing you to discover the medieval town the moment you step out the door; just a short stroll from local shops, restaurants, bars.
It represents the perfect base from which to visit the enchanting historical, cultural and natural treasures of the area without forsaking any comfort.
Once a blacksmith’s workshop, the beautifully restored building has now become the Santa Teresa Holiday Homes (2 rental units).
The property retains all its original elegance and charm with the traditional rustic style furnishings and its "Ericino style " stone paved courtyard where you can sit and unwind.
They have a master bedroom with a king size bed and either a second bedroom with twin beds or a combined living and sleeping area with a king size bed.
Each house also has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, central heating, TV, hairdryer and washing machine.
There is a free parking area nearby: Porta Carmine (3 mins walk).

Minimum Stay:
- August: one week minimum stay (from Saturday to Saturday)
- rest of the year: 2 nights minimum stay.

- Children under 10 yrs get 50 % discount (only for nightly rates)
- Long stay discount rate: 10 % for more than 2 weeks stay (except August)

Ho alloggiato un paio di notti in un periodo un po' fuori stagione. La struttura è molto vicina alla piazza centrale, pulita, ben attrezzata e il gestore disponibile e professionale.

Siamo stati ad Erice e abbiamo pernottamento presso la struttura brezza marina di Valderice. Un antico baglio restaurato magistralmente dai proprietari sia esternamente che all'interno. Sergio che ci ha accolto ci ha fornito indicazioni preziosissime sui luoghi da visitare. Tutto perfetto.
