Sangiuliano114 B&B provides elegance and comfort in a warm and homely atmosphere. Located in the heart of Catania, in a quiet early 1900s building just 100 meters away from Piazza Teatro Massimo Bellini, the structure consists of an independent apartment with antique floors throughout all the rooms, completely renovated with the latest restyling in 2018.

Access to the structure, which is located on the second floor, is allowed 24 hours a day, making the guest completely independent.

B&B Sangiuliano114 is ideal for those seeking tranquility and comfort at the right price, without sacrificing convenience. The metro stop (PORTO) is only 500 meters away, allowing for quick access to all areas of Catania. Just a 5-minute walk away, 500 meters from the B&B, is the Central Train Station and the Bus Terminal, providing connections to Fontanarossa Airport and all cities in Sicily (Palermo, Trapani, Agrigento, Siracusa, Ragusa, Noto, Taormina, Vulcano Etna, etc.), without the need for a car rental.

Piazza Duomo and the famous via Etnea, the main street of the historic center, can be easily reached on foot, as they are only 400 meters from B&B Sangiuliano114. We do believe that the words “Bed and Breakfast”. So the order of these words is determined by the timing of these actions and not by the importance of them…we’re used to think breakfast as an important part of your stay and in fact we like to serve to our guests a rich and various breakfast, which is aknowledged to be a service at very high quality, compared to other similar structures and also *** hotels.

We cook fresh Croissant every day, accompanied with local Fresh Bread. Who loves continental breakfast will find Ham, Salame, Cheese and Eggs served Toasted Bread, plus Nutella, various Jams, Juice and 10 different Tea Bags to choose from. Mueslie, Yoghurt, Caffè espresso, Americano all prepared at the moment complete the range of our products.

4During summer we serve breakfast on our terrace, where you can relax surrounded by the vineyards and different flowers and plants.
