San Francesco House

San Francesco House is a cozy apartment of about 60 square meters, recently renovated, located in the heart of Marsala. It enjoys a convenient position that allows guests to experience the historic center while easily reaching the sea, the port, and some of the main attractions of western Sicily. The accommodation is primarily designed for couples but can accommodate up to four people thanks to a practical double sofa bed.

The interiors are bright, practical, and furnished with a strong focus on comfort. The sleeping area includes a spacious double bedroom, peaceful and equipped with a walk-in closet, while the air-conditioned living room features a sofa bed and a Smart TV, creating a pleasant space for relaxation.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishes, and a coffee machine, enabling guests to prepare meals and breakfasts at their convenience during their stay. The modern, well-organized bathroom includes a shower cabin, hairdryer, and washing machine; bed linens and towels are provided by the property.

One of the most enjoyable areas of the house is the small private fenced veranda, furnished with armchairs and sofas—perfect for taking a break outdoors or ending the day with a glass of Marsala wine. The apartment also offers air conditioning and Wi-Fi connection.

Its location allows guests to reach the historic center within a few minutes on foot, where restaurants, bars, wine shops, stores, and entertainment venues are easily accessible. Nearby, you will also find supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, and other useful services. The port and ferry departures for the Egadi Islands are conveniently reachable, making it easy to organize day trips to Favignana, Levanzo, and Marettimo.

By car, it is also possible to reach the Stagnone Nature Reserve and the picturesque Marsala salt pans in a short time, known for their landscapes, sunsets, and kite surfing opportunities. Public parking, both free and paid, is available close to the apartment.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, allowing for complete independence and privacy during their stay. Upon arrival, a small welcome kit with water and coffee is provided.
