This newly renovated 60-sqm apartment, specifically designed to comfortably accommodate two guests (up to a maximum of 4), combines the charm of the historic center with essential modern comforts for an unforgettable holiday.

The accommodation is perfect for couples looking for a relaxing break, hassle-free parking, and close proximity to top attractions, historic restaurants, and wine bars where you can taste the famous Marsala wine.

• Living Area: Air-conditioned living room with a practical double sofa bed (ideal for 2 additional guests) and a Smart TV for your moments of total relaxation.

• Kitchen: Fully equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, oven, microwave oven, dishware, and a coffee machine to kickstart your day or enjoy an intimate dinner prepared with fresh local market produce.

• Bathroom: Modern and functional, equipped with a shower cabin, hairdryer, washing machine, and a set of soft towels for each guest.

• Relaxation Veranda: A delightful, fully enclosed private veranda furnished with armchairs and sofas—the perfect spot to unwind at the end of the day while sipping a fine glass of Marsala wine.

The Port and Hydrofoils: Located very close to the tourist harbor, the apartment allows you to easily reach the hydrofoil docks for a day trip to the stunning Egadi Islands (Favignana, Levanzo, and Marettimo).

Amenities and Logistics: The street is packed with essential services such as supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, and coffee shops.

Parking: The area offers convenient public parking (both free white-lined spaces and paid blue-lined spaces) right in the immediate vicinity of the property.

The Salt Pans and Stagnone Lagoon: Just a 10 to 15-minute drive brings you to the Stagnone Nature Reserve, world-famous for kitesurfing and breathtaking sunsets over the salt pans.

Guest Access:
The entire apartment is at your complete disposal. Every detail has been curated to offer you full privacy and independence. Upon arrival, you will find a welcome kit with fresh water and coffee.

Other things to note:
• Selective Hospitality: Additional unregistered guests are not permitted in order to preserve the intimate atmosphere and maintain the quality of the home.

• Check-in: Standard check-in time is between 3: 00 PM and 8: 00 PM.

• Identity Documents: Upon arrival, guests are required to present or send valid identity documents for mandatory registration with Italian authorities.

• Tourist Tax: The Municipality of Marsala requires a local tourist tax of €2. 00 per person, per night (up to a maximum of 7 nights), payable in cash upon check-in.
