Sabbenerica House is an apartment that offers all the necessary advantages for a relaxing and family vacation. Equipped and furnished for a comfortable and welcoming stay.

Sabbenerica is equipped with wifi, air conditioning, coffee machine, kettle, washing machine, and iron, and is located in the historic heart of Palermo but outside the limited traffic zone (ZTL) with free parking almost always available!
Sabbenerica has the flavor of Sicily starting from its furnishings and its name, an old greeting used in the popular neighborhoods, which means "you are welcome, you are blessed".

Its location allows you to walk through the historic center and discover the wonders of this city, the various churches, the Church of the Martorana, the Palatine Chapel, Casa Professa, the Royal Palace, the Quattro Canti, the folkloric Ballarò market, the famous catacombs of the Capuchin church, Palazzo dei Normanni, and the extraordinary Cathedral just two minutes away.. and the famous Teatro Massimo, which rises in a beautiful square.

Well connected to public transport, it is 10 minutes from the central station and the metro stop to reach the various cultural and entertainment points of interest.

Very close to restaurants, trattorias, the characteristic street food of Palermo, and shops for shopping.

One of the main features of the district is its strategic location, making it an ideal starting point for exploring the city and its rich history. In fact, Palermo Central Station is one of the main gateways to the city.

The neighborhood also offers many cultural attractions, including the Church of San Giovanni degli Eremiti, an ancient Norman church with a charming interior garden, and the Palazzo dei Normanni, which houses the Palatine Chapel, a masterpiece of Norman and Arab art.

The area is also known for its lively nightlife, with numerous bars, pubs, and restaurants offering local and international specialties. In addition, its proximity to the central station makes it easy to reach other tourist destinations, such as Mondello beach or the nearby town of Cefalù.

Apartment located in a quiet but very central area. A few steps away is the Royal Palace; the wonderful Cathedral is also very close. Via Maqueda and the Ballarò and Vucciria markets are a 10-minute walk away. With children aged 7 and 9, we explored the whole of Palermo without any problems. In the apartment we found every comfort: clean rooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen equipped with everything necessary to prepare a good breakfast or a quick lunch. However, we preferred to try the typical Sicilian food in the various small restaurants near B&B Sabbenerica: top quality/price! I highly recommend staying at this B&B: Mrs. Elisabetta is extremely kind and made us feel at home. We will definitely come back!

A beautiful apartment for a beautiful welcome. It was a pleasure to be guests of Elisabetta: from the super cozy space, to the host's availability. A "Palermo house" where it's worth staying again on other trips. Recommended.

The apartment is clean and welcoming, and is in an optimal position to reach the main attractions of the city center. The owner was kind and helpful in organizing our arrival. Overall, very positive experience, if I come back to Palermo, I will come back here!

Apartment right in the heart of the city, a few meters from the Kassaro, ideal for experiencing the city's history and tasting its gastronomic tradition in one of the numerous downtown eateries. After a few steps, you reach the Norman Cathedral, immersed in the silence of the place. The apartment is clean and functional, the host always available for any need. Highly recommended.

Highly recommended for both a couple and a family. It is located in the center, a stone's throw from any attraction, in a safe place behind the police station. Elisabetta has thought of everything: two bathrooms, washing machine, high chair and cot for children, and safety gate. It does not offer breakfast, but there is everything needed to cook and prepare breakfast with some products already there. Thank you again to Elisabetta. See you on the next trip to Palermo, Gigi.

The owner was very kind from the first to the last day. I went on a trip with just a friend of mine and we had a great time. The location is very strategic, very central. We had no problem moving around on foot. The house is spacious and big, everything works perfectly. We thank the owner again and recommend it to everyone.

Apartment in a central area, near the Norman Palace and the Cathedral. Very clean and equipped with every comfort and suitable for welcoming even small children. We had a great time, relaxing in a quiet area to immerse ourselves, in an instant, in the heart of the city. I did not personally meet Mrs. Elisabetta but she was very attentive and caring, asking every day if we needed anything. The only 'flaw' could be represented by the fact that the apartment is divided into two floors connected by an internal spiral staircase not easy for those with difficulty in walking. We really enjoyed it and highly recommend this property.

Sabbenerica was a lovely and cozy Bed and Breakfast in the heart of downtown. Elisabetta was extremely helpful and made sure that we settled in to the place well. The B&B is very spacious and equipped with anything you might need during your stay. Would highly recommend to anyone!
