In the heart of Palermo, very close to the central station, 10 minutes from the folkloristic market of Ballarò, full of colors and scents, from the flea market with many antique shops, very close to the Capuchin church, known for its catacombs, and more, the Palatine chapel, the Royal Palace, the splendid gardens of Villa Bonanno right in front of the Sabbenerica house, five minutes from the Cathedral, on Corso Vittorio Emanuele, between bazaars, churches and noble palaces, is waiting for you, Casa Sabbenerica, consisting of a bedroom bed with double bed, a bedroom with two bunk beds, and a bathroom with shower downstairs. On the upper floor which is accessed via an internal staircase, you will find a comfortable sofa bed, a dining room and a kitchenette equipped for every need and a second bathroom with bathtub. In addition, the apartment is equipped with washing machine, detergents and iron. Both bathrooms are equipped with toiletries... Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

One of the main features of the district is its strategic location, making it an ideal starting point for exploring the city and its rich history. In fact, Palermo Central Station is one of the main gateways to the city.

Sabbenerica was a lovely and cozy B&B in the heart of downtown. Elisabetta was extremely helpful and made sure that we settled in to the place well. The B&B is very spacious and equipped with anything you might need during your stay. Would highly reccommend to anyone!

Appartamento proprio nel cuore della città, a pochi metri dal Kassaro, ideale per respirare la storia della città e gustarne la tradizione gastronomica in uno dei numerosissimi locali del centro. Dopo pochi passi si raggiunge la Cattedrale Normanna, immersi nel silenzio del luogo. L'appartamento è pulito e funzionale, l'host sempre disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Consigliatissimo.

Consigliatissimo sia per una coppia che per una famiglia. Si trova in centro, a due passi da qualsiasi attrazione, in un posto sicuro dietro la questura. Elisabetta ha pensato a tutto: due bagni, lavatrice, seggiolone e lettino per bimbi e cancellino di sicurezza. Non offre la colazione, ma c'è tutto il necessario per cucinare e preparare la colazione con alcuni prodotti che già ci sono. Grazie di nuovo ad Elisabetta. Arrivederci al prossimo viaggio a Palermo, Gigi.

La proprietaria è stata gentilissima dal primo all’ultimo giorno. Io sono andata in viaggio con solo una mia amica e ci siamo trovate benissimo. La posizione è molto strategica, centralissima. Non abbiamo avuto alcun tipo di problema a spostarci a piedi. La casa è spaziosa e grande, tutto funziona perfettamente. Ringraziamo ancora la proprietaria e consigliamo a tutti.

Appartamento in zona centrale, vicino al palazzo dei Normanni e alla Cattedrale Molto pulito e dotato di ogni confort ed attrezzato per accogliere anche bimbi piccoli Siamo stati benissimo, rilassandoci in una zona tranquilla per immergerci, in un attimo, nel cuore della città. Non ho conosciuto la Sig.ra Elisabetta di persona ma è stata molto attenta e premurosa chiedendo ogni giorno se avessimo bisogno si qualcosa. L’unica “pecca” può esser rappresentata dal fatto che l’appartamento è diviso su due piani collegati da una scala a chiocciola interna non agevole per chi ha difficoltà di deambulazione Siamo stati veramente bene e straconsigliamo questa struttura. Massimo e Manuela.
