Very helpful and always kind people. The owner's mother and collaborator, Mrs. Angela, makes you feel like family. The breakfast is outstanding. Room cleaning is excellent, with towels changed every day. Private outdoor garden, relaxing and great for enjoying meals you buy. I highly recommend it. I will definitely return.

I had a great time, hospitality, availability, cleanliness, the breakfast with Mrs. Ninetta's cakes were simply delicious. Angela, the lady who takes care of the cleaning, is super attentive to everything, and Filippo is extremely helpful. I recommend this property to everyone, Castelluzzo is in a strategic position just a short distance from San Vito, but you are rewarded with tranquillity. Zero noise, tourists, traffic, etc. You will be able to enjoy the sounds of nature, intense scents, as well as the coves and a super beautiful sea. I will gladly return to Rotte e Sentieri, thank you all for making my vacation better.

Excellent stay, cute and clean structure. The owner Filippo is super helpful and kind, excellent breakfast both sweet and savory, thanks to Mrs. Ninetta for her fantastic cakes. The strong point of this structure is the courtesy and availability of Filippo and his mom, who welcomed us. Very nice and relaxing garden where breakfast is served. The raw materials are excellent. Possibility to park in front of the structure. I expected it to be closer to San Vito lo Capo, but by car you can get there in 10 minutes. A tip? Enrich the rooms with some more details, which are spacious, especially the bathroom.

I holidayed with my partner last week and we were hosted in an truly excellent manner by Filippo, a young man of unmatched cordiality, hospitality, and availability. The facility has no defects, everything works perfectly, it all seems new, and it has a very well-kept garden where we spent a few minutes in the evening smoking a cigarette on the small sofa, which was really enjoyable. Breakfast was abundant every morning with both savory and sweet items, including some traditional dishes like cassatelle, which were really delicious. The lady who takes care of the cleaning, apart from being friendly and a very skilled woman, is truly talented; the room was cleaned every day and, honestly, it was done very well, she even tidied up things we left around the room, which is not as common as one might think. What can I say, we had a really good time and I recommend it to everyone.

A truly amazing stay! The property has only advantages, excellent location to reach by car, San Vito Lo Capo in a few minutes; daily cleaning and linen change; abundant and varied buffet breakfast, with cakes prepared by the manager's mother. We will definitely come back!

Certainly the spacious and quiet room allows for a pleasant stay and the useful and never intrusive presence of the host ensures suggestions to visit lesser-known places as well as convenience and safety for car parking. Exceptional also the breakfast: sweet and savory homemade treats by the mother of our host Filippo easily suggest his past work experience in an excellent pastry shop. I still remember the pistachio brioches, the almond paste cakes. Different sweets every day, the Genoese ericine and the savory small pizzas and... that's enough, I'm getting hungry!

The photos do not capture the atmosphere you breathe at Rotte e Sentieri B&B, nor the clean smell when you arrive tired from the journey and feel at home, the scent of the sea watching the sunset from the terrace or that of breakfast as soon as you go down the stairs in the morning. I stayed with my partner for a week and it was all fantastic! Ideal location to explore the surroundings outside of San Vito lo Capo, cozy room, impeccable cleanliness! A hug to Filippo and his sweet mom!

My girlfriend and I stayed at this Rotte e Sentieri B&B, which was nothing short of spectacular. I wouldn't know where to start to convey to you what we felt. The owners, the Grande Ninetta and her son Filippo, are kind, polite, helpful, and friendly. The structure is located in a strategic, welcoming, spacious place and furnished with good taste. Impeccable cleanliness and a breakfast with Sicilian products prepared by the amazing Ninetta. What can I add? For me the rating is 10, recently renovated structure, everything is perfectly functional and in working order, extreme cleanliness in all environments, so much so that I was barefoot in the room. The breakfast is excellent with cakes and cookies made by mom, fresh fruit, cunzato bread, yogurt and more. The manager is discreet but always kind and willing to advise you on excursions rather than logistics solutions to move around the area. Put all this 800 meters from the spectacle of Baia Santa Margherita and you're done.

I stayed at this Rotte e Sentieri B&B during the second week of July 2016. The property is very close to several points of interest such as the Monte Cofano reserve, Baia Santa Margherita, and San Vito Lo Capo. The B&B has been newly renovated, the room I stayed in was very spacious with a large bathroom, air conditioning, TV, and fridge. The shared spaces are welcoming and well thought out. In fact, there is a terrace from which you can see all of Castelluzzo and the sea, a garden veranda for breakfast, but if the weather is not great, there is also a nice covered space equally welcoming. Breakfast is always abundant and Filippo's mother (the manager) will greet you every morning with a freshly baked homemade cake. The B&B also has agreements with various restaurants and beaches. Recommended for all those who want to spend their holiday in a place close to the main points of interest but in total tranquility.

We stayed, my wife and I, in this structure in Castelluzzo a stone's throw from San Vito Lo Capo and I must say that the structure is brand new, in the sense that we had the honor of being the first customers. It is beautiful, with rooms furnished in a modern style and equipped with everything, including Wi-Fi, with a nice garden with English lawn on the ground floor and a solarium on the first floor. It is very quiet and relaxing, not to mention Mrs. Antonina, who manages the B&B Rotte e Sentieri along with her son Filippo, who is very kind and always available to meet the needs of customers. The breakfast, excellent, is always full of fruit and good things, both sweet and savory.
