Description

The property is located in the historic center of Palermo in a privileged position to visit the old city and all the architectural and historical cultural beauties of Palermo, including the main museums, the Arab Norman route, many noble palaces and historic markets. The port, the hydrofoil pier to and from the Aeolian islands and the island of Ustica are also easily accessible. We are very close to the multilevel shopping center "La Rinascente" as well as to the "Massimo theater" and to the "Castello a Mare", the "Cala" (the harbor) and also to the Waterfront.

The best way to fully enjoy the neighborhood is to visit it on foot, along the narrow streets and squares with typical and characteristic paving of Billiemi paving stones. A few steps from one of the main roads of Palermo via Roma from which it is possible to take, among others, the bus that takes you to the famous seaside resort of Mondello, or the bus to and from the Punta Raisi "Falcone e Borsellino" international airport.

A great find for a few days in Palermo. Super charming and welcoming B&B. The room on the top floor, Gabbiano, with its rooftop felt very special. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. Everything was well thought-out and organized, and breakfast was plentiful and perfectly suited for going out and about. Finally, Marta and the staff were extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. I totally recommend this place. P.S.: Yes, you do need to be athletic enough to climb all the way to the top-floor room with a suitcase.

We really enjoyed staying in Room 19. We received a very warm welcome and were able to check in early after arriving by night boat from Naples. The room was excellent and in a great location, close to interesting sights and the food markets. On top of that, we had a complete and delicious breakfast, choosing from an extensive list of delicacies.

The property is well located geographically. The rooms are very pleasant, and the terrace is enjoyable in the evening. The staff are welcoming and attentive to guests. The only drawbacks are: access via steep and narrow stairs and the noise caused by a nearby bar during the weekend.

Very good stay in this guest room in Palermo, very well located, very friendly welcome. Fortunately, Sergio carried our suitcases (the poor guy) because we were staying in the room on the rooftop. The bathroom is really very small, especially the shower, and the stairs are hard to climb, especially at the end of the day, but our friends were staying in another room that was easier to access. Parking is easy nearby, the bed was very good and there is no noise at night. We will not hesitate to return.

Strategic location, nice room, breakfast on request so perfect, abundant and also good. A bit too many stairs and especially a tiny bathroom with a tiny toilet and a shower head - enough already in 2025, give us back the bidet - poorly placed and malfunctioning. Friendly managers.

We had a great time. The managers were super helpful. The room with a very small bathroom was equipped with everything, nothing was really missing. The small room is located on the roof of the building, the inconvenience of climbing to the fourth floor is rewarded by the spectacular view offered by the private terrace with a breathtaking panorama. It is simply worth it! We were very satisfied, we will recommend it to everyone, also for the courtesy and kindness of the managers who help you with everything.

Excellent bed and breakfast in the center of Palermo. Beautiful structure, fantastic location just a few steps from the Church of San Domenico. The entire center of Palermo can be visited on foot. The managers are exquisite people, available for everything. The breakfast is excellent. What can I say, if I return to Palermo I know where to stay. I really recommend it.

The breakfast was generous and delicious. People should know that there are a lot of stairs. The location was very central and one could walk to many of the beautiful places in Palermo. When we return to Palermo we will definitely stay there.

Breakfast or aperitif at the rooftop terrace (sun every hour of the day), romantic room and small but practical bathroom, even a small kitchenette/refrigerator. We spent four wonderful days! A practically family-run management of the B&B that combines professionalism, great attention to the traveler, and a human relationship that allows you to be less of a tourist and more of a discoverer of the city with its traditions. The pictures describe the place well, appreciated for its centrality, the tastefully decorated rooms, and the service. The higher rooms are accessed by spiral staircases, and the staff carries your luggage. A special thanks for the abundant personalized breakfast with the freshest sweet and savory Palermo delicacies, which we enjoyed on the terrace with a view.

In terms of warmth, friendliness, and feeling of well-being, it is unbeatable: it doesn't get better than this! I was staying alone at the B&B Rooms 19 and couldn't have had a better accommodation in Palermo! The airport shuttle stop is nearby, as well as the train and bus station, bars, restaurants, the Vucciria district, etc. The city's sights are all within walking distance. The breakfast, which you put together by ticking off a list, was served every morning by the host personally on the terrace of my room. Upon arrival, I was provided with tips by Marta on restaurants, bars, attractions, etc. I felt very well taken care of due to the warm personal support. Definitely ask for the 'Gabbiano' room - it has a bedroom and bathroom, as well as a small kitchenette with a fridge, coffee machine, and sink, a small terrace and, accessible via a narrow spiral staircase, a rooftop terrace with a breathtaking panoramic view of the city. If Palermo, then only in this accommodation!

We were 2 couples of friends and stayed in the 2 rooms with balconies. The address is very well located as it is close to the city center and the small shopping streets, paid and closed parking nearby (€20 per night in April), comfortable and well soundproofed rooms, impeccable daily cleaning, hearty and varied breakfasts (sweet-savory, fresh fruit every morning), served in the room. Very cordial welcome, our host recommended his good restaurants in the neighborhood (we tried them all and appreciated them!), sightseeing tips, luggage storage on the last day waiting for our flight... everything was perfect!

Massimiliano was a nice, helpful, and flexible host! The breakfast was more than plentiful and was served to us in the room! On the 2nd day, we had a triple room with a rooftop terrace because we wanted to stay one more day and only this room was available, a bit more expensive. But the price difference was justified and we simply enjoyed it! For the departure before 8 am, we received a lunch box with a full surprise in the afternoon.

The location is fantastic! The rooms (we tried the smaller one and the one with the balcony) are beautiful and clean. The manager was super kind and helpful! The only downside is the breakfast, you need to notify the night before at what time it will be consumed and not be late (or you'll get a cold breakfast). We were accommodated with a late check out. In general, it's a property I recommend. Please note that the B&B is located on the third floor without an elevator, which was fine for us because we had a lot of calories to burn:) but if someone has mobility issues or heavy luggage, it can be a problem.

Chiaramente siamo sempre disponibili a servire nuovamente il prodotto ordinato qualora non fosse della temperatura desiderata ( avrebbe potuto chiedercelo anche lei). Location and friendliness superb. We were allowed to safely store our luggage in the building after checkout. The advertising as a B&B with a rooftop terrace is misleading. There was no rooftop terrace available. Breakfast was served in the room. During the night (Saturday to Sunday) it was very noisy from the square below.
