We invite you to spend a pleasant holiday in Catania. La Residenza del Turista, It's on the second floor of a building with elevator, is located in the center is a few minutes from the railway station, 8 km away from the airport and 15 minutes from the sea.
The strategic location of the B&B will allow you to reach on foot along Via Etna (50 mt), all places of historical interest - cultural city including the Duomo, the Teatro Massimo Bellini, the Church of St. Placido, Biscari Palace, the Greek amphitheater the Fish (historic and folkloristic fish market in the city), the historic Palace of the Headquarters of the University, via Crociferi and much more.
You will find a Team ready to suggest and possibly to accompany the spectacular mountain trails, sea and nightlife that offers Catania.
The B&B, renovated very little has 4 rooms with private bathroom, elegantly furnished, very comfortable rooms with air conditioning, TV, internet, WiFi Gratuit.
Breakfast is served at the table.

The B&B is situated in full center and dista few minutes from the railway station, motorway entrance, 8 km around from the airport and 15 minutes from the sea. The strategic position of the B&B will allow you to reach a foot, crossing the stately Street Etnea, all the places of great historical interest - cultural of the city among which the Cathedral, the Theater Massimo Bellini, the Church of S. Placido, Building Biscari, the Greek amphitheater the Pescheria (historical and folk fish market of the city), the historical Building of the Central Center of the university, street Crociferi and so much other still. The Structure, building to 1950 two floors, is a classical construction in lava stone catanese and our immovable property you/he/she has been restructured to norm of law from little. The three matrimonial rooms, very pleasant, they differentiate him since two are furnished with classical mobilio and one in modern style and they enjoy all of ample brightness. A room has deprived bath and the other rooms they have in common bath. The owners, especially Donatella, are kind and friendly. Unfortunately, the property, although renovated, has some drawbacks that make it not entirely suitable for medium- to long-term stays. First of all, the single room is really very small, with a tiny bathroom and a hand basin instead of a sink. The water does not always have sufficient pressure and, in the single room, hot water sometimes does not come. The elevator is available on request (the property is on the second floor and operates with a key that is not provided, so you have to contact the owners to use it). Breakfast is basic and the coffee is from the moka pot (this may be a plus for those who like it but a negative for those used to pods or capsules). There are no common areas except the breakfast room, which is open only from 8:30 to 9:30. In short, despite the owners' availability, it may not be suitable for everyone.

Buongiorno Sig. Romano, in merito alla Sua gentile valutazione, per una sola notte di soggiorno..., mi rincresce che non mi abbiate chiesto supporto nel momento del bisogno, intendo acqua con poca pressione e acqua calda, probabilmente avremmo risolto il problema con immediatezza. Per quanto concerne l'ascensore abbiamo spiegato che era in atto un intervento della manutenzione e vi abbiamo comunque evitato di salire/scendere al piano a piedi, La colazione mi dispiace dirlo non è proprio basica, la legge impone di offrire solo prima colazione in busta chiusa ed invece Vi abbiamo servito cappuccino, caffé...anche americano e prima colazione artigianale tracciata di vario genere (torte, crostate, biscotti) e tra l'altro abbiamo soddisfatto l'esigenza di una persona che manifestava intolleranza al lattosio con latte di soia e dolcini senza latte e burro, fette biscottate e briosce...inoltre si evidenzia che in tutte le strutture Vi è un orario in cui viene servita la prima colazione stante il check out che avviene entro le 10. 00/10. 30. In conclusione mi sento di dire che spessissimo ospitiamo vacanzieri per soggiorni lunghi e queste problematiche non sono emerse...probabilmente dipende molto dalla capacità di adattamento di ognuno di noi che quando particolarmente spigolosa dovremmo cercare "soluzione Hotel". N. B. eravate un gruppetto e molti di Voi ci hanno ringraziato facendoci i complimenti. Cordiali saluti Donatella.
