Once a fortified agricultural estate, the structure underwent a meticulous four-year restoration that preserved its original identity while enhancing the stone architecture, the inner courtyard, and the most authentic elements of local tradition.
The property features nine independent apartments and a triple accommodation, all with private entrances leading to the central courtyard. Each unit is functionally furnished, reflecting local design influences, and includes a well-equipped kitchenette, a private bathroom with a shower, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, an LCD TV, and complimentary toiletries. Additional amenities include a kettle, microwave, coffee machine with complimentary capsules, and a convenient dining area. Guests also have access to a reserved table in the inner courtyard, ideal for relaxing outdoors.

Structure located in the center of Erice with functional apartments, well finished in every detail. Cleaning 10 and great professionalism of Maurizio, the manager of the structure, attentive and available to any request. Excellent free private parking reserved for customers of the structure. Finally, I recommend the luggage transport service offered by the structure. Exciting experience that I recommend to all lovers of ancient villages.
