Description

Our property opened in July 2019, is brand new and has been fully renovated in order to offer you every comfort.

It is located just a short walk away from Piazza Indipendenza, Palazzo Reale, Cappella Palatina, San Giovanni degli Eremiti, Presidenza della Regione, Parco D'Orleans, the Cathedral, Casa Professa and the Catacombe dei Cappuccini.

Reale Orleans is also a 5-minute walk away from the Armed Forces Army Barracks Tukory in Corso Calatafimi, where VFP1 selections take place.

The metro stop “Reale Orleans” is 500 m away from our property and is part of the metro line "Linea A", which extends across the entire city, from the Falcone Borsellino Airport to the Central railway station "Stazione Centrale".

Reale Orleans is also a few minutes’ walk to the University of Palermo, the Ospedale dei Bambini G. Di Cristina, the Policlinico hospital, the Civico hospital and the ISMETT hospital.

All flats have wooden flooring, spacious bedrooms with 40" smart TV and a safe, a modern, private bathroom and a private living room with 40" smart TV. Each flat also has a balcony with a table and chairs.

Our property offers free WiFi, air conditioning/heating in every room, alarm, safety CCTV and daily concierge in the building.

All our modern kitchens are equipped with a table for 4 people, fridge, oven, coffee and cappuccino machine, kettle, microwave oven, toaster, washing machine, as well as cutlery and kitchen utensils. Upon request, we can also provide an iron and ironing board.

Excellent structure! Very clean, modern and comfortable apartment, nicely decorated. Everything you need for longer stays: microwave and washing machine. Don't be impressed by the exterior of the building and the neighborhood, there is a concierge present during the day, the elevator works perfectly and at night it is very quiet. Furthermore, Mauro is extremely responsive and will do his best to make your stay enjoyable. I will return with great pleasure.

Excellent, both in terms of the structure, brand new, and in terms of the location - really about 800 meters from the cathedral and 400 from the Reale Orleans castle - as well as for the availability of Mauro. I would like to add Francesco from the parking lot under the house, both very helpful.

The accommodation is quite centrally located. We walked 1.5 km to the tourist area every evening. Do not be put off by the residential area, the apartment is in a well-secured high-rise on the 6th floor (with lifts). It is modern and clean and was perfect for the two of us. Communication with Mauro and check-in went smoothly. I highly recommend the apartment for a stay in Palermo. Unbeatable for the price! The Reale Orleans train station is also quickly reachable on foot. A big thank you to Mauro!

Perfect structure, super equipped, equipped with every comfort. It really feels like home! Modern and bright apartment, extraordinary cleanliness. Great location, you can easily walk around. I also recommend it for the guys who will have to take the VFP1 selective tests: the Tukory barracks (Calatafimi course) are just around the corner. Congratulations also to the manager, very friendly and helpful! If I were to return to Palermo I would not hesitate to come back here!

Brand new apartment, furnished with care and attention and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable vacation.\n\nKitchen (very bright and comfortable) with more than adequate and brand new accessories.\n\nVery comfortable bed, the highlight was the two pillows for each person, to choose from, with different softness levels.\n\nMany comforts and no issues (a small leak in the kitchen was promptly repaired by the manager). Mr. Mauro was present when needed and always available.\n\nWe had a great time.\n\nFurthermore, the apartment is very close to the Palazzo dei Normanni and the Cathedral of Palermo, and a few hundred meters from the entire historic center. We moved around on foot without any problems.\n\nTo recommend to friends and to keep as a reference point in Palermo.\n\nExcellent welcome. Thank you.

What can I say, I was there a few days ago with my family and we had a great time, as if... we felt at home. Very beautiful rooms, very clean, super-equipped kitchen and bathroom, all new and air-conditioned environments, and the icing on the cake (I hope you'll excuse the comparison) was Mr. Mauro, very kind, nice, and helpful. If I were to come back to Palermo, this is where I would stay.

Everything perfect. The kindness, hospitality and proximity to the historic center. Brand new house with lots of accessories to make you feel at home. Very welcoming with first-class details. I stayed alone and appreciated the presence of the building's concierge who makes you feel safe. I thank the owners who welcomed me with a welcome kit including coffee, tea, oil. Truly beautiful, bright and very comfortable apartment. The furnishing is beautiful and super equipped with TV in all rooms and Netflix! I had a great time. Very convenient to visit immediately the Royal Palace of the Normans and the Palatine Chapel just a stone's throw away and then all the beautiful center of Palermo. The manager was very kind in providing me with information about the tour of the monuments and places to eat. Fabulous food everywhere. Guys, don't miss this wonderful city.
