Typical farmhouse in Modica, dates back to its central nucleus to the 17th century and the rest of the building to the mid-19th century. Restored with the help of traditional materials and techniques, it is an ideal destination for nature excursions and for visiting the Baroque cities of Modica, Scicli, Ragusa Ibla, and Noto. Its favorable location also allows guests to reach well-known tourist attractions in just a few minutes. The property covers an area of 55 hectares, divided into several sections. Ancient grains, legumes, olives, carob trees, and seasonal vegetables are cultivated using organic production methods.
The structure consists of the farmhouse "Nacalino" which offers standard, superior, family rooms, and a suite. The surrounding outdoor space is well-equipped with tables, chairs, children's games, a swimming pool with a sunbathing area (open from May to October), and a large green lawn. The rooms are all furnished in a simple manner and boast every comfort: private bathrooms with showers, air conditioning, TV, and minibar.
Life on the farm is characterized by tranquility and relaxation, with the opportunity to take walks along the paths and participate in cooking classes. Nearby, there is a horse riding center and a tennis court.
