The new 10x5 swimming pool is available to guests and is open seasonally.
Poggiofelice, "An Oasis under the volcano," is a comfortable and new B&B. It is nestled in the green oaks of a quiet and panoramic area and blends in perfectly with the landscape of the Etna Park.
Poggiofelice is located on the outskirts of Zafferana Etnea, on the hills at the foot of Mount Etna, the largest active volcano in Europe. It is an excellent starting point for excursions to Mount Etna and throughout eastern Sicily. Taormina, Catania, and Syracuse are easily accessible.
The B&B has four tastefully furnished rooms, all equipped with air conditioning, heating, WiFi, TV, mini fridge, hairdryer, private bathroom, and independent entrance. The exterior is truly enchanting, with a picnic area with barbecue, table, and benches. There is ample shaded parking and an automatic entrance gate.
The breakfast is the traditional Italian breakfast with fresh products.
You will be welcomed with traditional Sicilian warmth.
Poggiofelice is a Bed and Breakfast and does not offer anything else by law. Therefore, all the hospitality is concentrated on these two words.
The room has a double bed with a unique orthopedic mattress, and the bathroom has a large sink where you can put everything.

Hello, Lia are technical and teacher of dance sport (learn more www. fids. it) and manager of the B&B Poggiofelice. But my frequent sports commitments, I often held far from home. Excellent hospitality and great availability from the very kind Mr. Salvatore. The structure is very beautiful and well-kept, from the room to the garden, to the children's play area and the swimming pool, really very welcoming. An excellent solution for relaxing days. Highly recommended.

The structure is clean, typically family-run, managed by a very accommodating host for every request. We had the unfortunate experience of witnessing the eruption of Mount Etna with the resulting fall of volcanic ash, but Mr. Salvo was already working at 7:00 am on August 15th to ensure that guests could use the pool with a broom and blower.
