Parva Domus is a lovely detached house located in the historic center of Modica. Its strategic location makes it easy to reach any point in the County city, as well as the beautiful nearby art cities such as Scicli, Ragusa, Ibla, Noto, as well as the famous places of Montalbano and much more.
The residence can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests. The house is spacious, bright and equipped with every comfort for your stay (TV, air conditioning and much more).
The residence is composed as follows: entrance with access stairs to the first floor, where there is an air-conditioned room with a double sofa bed, TV, balcony, kitchen; adjacent to the room is a comfortable bathroom with a large shower. On the same floor, there is a functional laundry room with a washing machine.
On the second floor, there is the air-conditioned double bedroom, a second single bedroom, a modern bathroom with a comfortable shower. In the parquet hallway, there is a comfortable wardrobe.
The floors are the peculiarity of the furnishings.
