The Palazzo Cutelli B&B is the ideal solution for those who, even on a business trip, do not want to give up a modern, comfortable and dynamic structure where they can stay with their family or alone.

What sets us apart from 90% of other accommodations in the city? We live on site and are available 24/7 for anything you need.

We are one of the first bed&books in Palermo and our rooms, with different styles and colors, are suitable for everyone and for all tastes. One step away from the historic center, we are the friendliest starting point to fully experience the colors and flavors of the most lively and Middle Eastern city in Europe.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, free wi-fi and smart TV (Netflix, Prime video etc.).

THE STRUCTURE IS EQUIPPED WITH A SMALL SPA CORNER IN WHICH IT IS POSSIBLE TO RECEIVE PROFESSIONAL MASSAGES OF VARIOUS TYPES.

We welcome you to this welcoming building in the heart of Palermo, between the popular Zisa district and the very central Politeama, a stone's throw from the artistic and architectural beauties of the city (Teatro Massimo, Piazza Politeama, the Cathedral, the historic Capo market), many of the which are included in the UNESCO Arab-Norman itinerary.
We are also a stone's throw from the main clinics of the city: the Orestano Clinic is only 100 meters from us, the Noto and Demma clinics are 500 meters away.

Stay in Palermo TOP! Convenient place to move around the city on foot, safe area in a historic building, well-kept in every detail, beds with new mattresses, meticulous cleanliness, friendly hosts who went out of their way to meet all our needs. Beautiful stay. The B&B is just a few steps from the center. The owners are very nice and always available. The room is very spacious with an en-suite bathroom. If you like books, it is the perfect place because there are books everywhere. Absolutely recommended.

We returned last night after staying in the Capo room for five nights. We can only compliment the owners, whom we found super helpful and especially nice. Comfortable and welcoming room, very cheerful kitchen, and excellent breakfast service. The cleaning service of the room was also excellent, with more being done than necessary. Despite other reviews saying otherwise, the Palazzo Cutelli Bed&Book is actually close to the area of the Politeama and Massimo theaters, about ten minutes walk from the center. We take this opportunity to thank the owners of the B&B again and to say hello to their lovely little dog Mimì, who loves eggs.

Everything perfect. Vincenzo and Alessio exceptional hosts, helpful and welcoming. Perfect room cleanliness, much appreciated plastic free. Not exactly central location but a few minutes walk from everything. You feel like you're being hosted by friends. Thank you for everything, highly recommended.
