Convenient place to move around the city on foot, safe area in a historic building, well-kept in every detail, beds with new mattresses, meticulous cleanliness, friendly hosts who went out of their way to meet all our needs. We returned last night after staying in the Capo room for five nights. We can only compliment the owners, whom we found super helpful and especially nice. Comfortable and welcoming room, very cheerful kitchen, and excellent breakfast service. The cleaning service of the room was also excellent, with more being done than necessary. Despite other reviews saying otherwise, the Palazzo Cutelli Bed&Book is actually close to the area of the Politeama and Massimo theaters, about ten minutes walk from the center. We take this opportunity to thank the owners of the B&B again and to say hello to their lovely little dog Mimì, who loves eggs.

I loved everything. It is highly recommended. If I go back to Palermo, I will stay only at Palazzo Cutelli! Everyone was super nice and super happy to assist on anything.
