The property is located on the first and a half floors of an elegant historic building at Via Volturno 28, outside the restricted traffic zone and easily accessible by car. Nearby, there are both street parking options and paid areas, including the convenient multi-level Orlando parking garage, just 100 meters away, with a daily rate of 13 euros.
The apartment features three spacious rooms, each with its own private bathroom. Two of these rooms overlook Via Volturno and offer charming views, including a partial sight of the Teatro Massimo. The third room, although facing an internal courtyard with a flowering terrace, provides the same level of comfort. In each room, you'll find a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and electric outlets near the bed for maximum convenience.
We are located in the heart of the city, right behind the Teatro Massimo and just a short walk from the historic Capo market. All major cultural and architectural attractions are easily reachable on foot.
Upon arrival, every guest will receive a small Sicilian souvenir as a complimentary gift, which can be picked up at our shop located on the ground floor of the property.

Clean room, great location for visiting the city center and easily reachable from the airport by public transport (Politeama stop with the Lolli bus or by train). My room had a small bathroom, but for someone like me who uses the room only to sleep and wash, it is perfect.
