Nearby, you can admire important historical monuments such as the Zisa Castle and the Florio Villa in Olivuzza. You will also find various shops and supermarkets in the area. From the apartment, you can easily reach the Teatro Massimo in just 12 minutes on foot, from where you can take Via Maqueda to enter the historic center of Palermo. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to reach the beaches: Mondello beach (via bus 806 from Piazza Francesco Crispi) and the "Isola delle Femmine" beach, accessible via a local train that departs from Palermo Lolli station, just a 7-minute walk from the apartment.
