The property consists of two independent apartments, recently renovated and equipped with all modern comforts. Ideal for couples, families, friends, or solo travelers who wish to experience the authentic Sicilian atmosphere — surrounded by the sea, culture, and relaxation.
The bright and cozy spaces offer fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning/heating in every room, and natural, minimalist furnishings. Some units feature a balcony that has been completely restored while keeping the charm of traditional Sicilian homes.
Despite the central location, the street is quiet and peaceful, perfect for resting after an evening out.
The beach Cala Petrolo is just 100 meters away and easily reachable on foot.
Free public parking is available on nearby streets, as well as paid parking options close to the property.
