We stayed for four nights at this B&B. The hostess is really friendly and communication via WhatsApp is very quick. Street parking in front of the B&B is free and the main street to the city centre is a five-minute walk. The cleanliness was noticeable. Breakfast is on the roof and each evening you can choose any kind of prepared egg (boiled, sunny-side-up, scrambled) and something tasty from the bakery (filled brioche, croissant, etc.). The rest of the breakfast is basic, with toast, fresh fruit, juices and some cake. A bit more variety in types of bread and juices would be nice if you stay here more than three nights. Overall we really enjoyed the stay.

Excellent location a few steps from the center of Noto. We stayed in the Pupi room, tastefully furnished, clean and comfortable for 3 adults. Excellent breakfast with a daily selection of pastries. Attentive, punctual and very friendly service. We appreciated the suggestions for nearby beaches and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable design structure as it is close to the center. The owners are very kind and friendly. Spacious "mori" room and clean, functional bathroom. Excellent breakfast with homemade cakes and delicious jams. I highly recommend it.

Massimo was very kind, and the room was unique in the style of puppets. We really enjoyed the breakfast.

Kindness and hospitality from those who welcomed us and a fantastic location just five minutes walk from the center, with the possibility to park right in front of the property. From the date of booking to the day we checked out, communication was fantastic. We felt assured our stay would be hassle free and we would be taken care of. Our accommodation was beautiful and the location perfect. Martha, our hostess, was a delight and ensured all our needs were taken care of. I highly recommend this property for its location and cleanliness. One thing to note is carrying your luggage up stairs. No problem if you travel light but as we packed for a 3 month tour of Europe we had a lot to carry. Martha was extremely helpful in getting our luggage up the stairs. A most pleasant experience.

We stayed here for 3 nights at the beginning of April 2025. The property is located in a lively square just a few minutes walk from the main attractions of beautiful Noto. Here you will easily find free parking and breathe in the neighborhood atmosphere that is now disappearing: the bar, the pharmacy, the grocery store, etc. The B&B is housed in a classic Sicilian building with a beautiful terrace overlooking the square. Resulting from a careful and attentive renovation, the 4 rooms are modern but with a touch that refers to the icons of this wonderful region! Morì, Pupi, Carretto, and Trinacria are the names and themes of the rooms that offer great comfort including a kettle with a selection of teas and coffees, a mini-fridge with water, a large TV, and spacious modern bathrooms. Excellent cleanliness, as well as the warm, friendly, and professional welcome we received from Marta and Massimo, who were always available, attentive, and ready to recommend places to visit and where to enjoy the many specialties of local cuisine. The breakfast is rich and excellent. It is taken on the terrace while being pampered by the hosts and the excellent homemade cakes and jams, and not only! A perfect start to the day before exploring this corner of Sicily! To make the stay even more fantastic, we allow ourselves a few suggestions: further limit plastic in the bathrooms - reusable cups and dispensers for bath products; offer water in glass bottles - microfiltered water for example; at breakfast, in addition to the savory proposal that varies daily and the eggs, offer more typical savory products, perhaps on request. Just a few ideas for a property and a service level that goes far beyond expectations! Thank you for making our stay truly fantastic!

Beautiful B&B in Noto. The center is reachable on foot and nearby there is everything, grocery stores, pastry shops, restaurants. Massimo and his daughters are super nice. Flexible check-in with communication between host and guests. They provide all the useful information for the stay in Noto and surroundings. The room is cozy, the bathroom is clean. In the room, there is a kettle for making tea and herbal teas. The breakfast, served on a beautiful sunny terrace, is excellent with homemade cakes and upon request, Massimo & Co. take care of the guests' requests. I recommend this B&B for a stay in Noto.

The host was very present and the room was spacious and quiet. The only downside, if we want, is the "embellishments" in plastic on the stairs and in the room that clash.

This stay was fantastic, we stayed here just for the one night on our Sicily adventure, but we wished we stayed here for longer. To top it off we were served a fantastic breakfast the morning of our departure, we were asked the night before our breakfast preference, which was great and the pastries were amazing. In front of the structure there is a free public parking lot; nevertheless, Massimo left his private box at our disposal for parking the motorcycle. Excellent property located a short walk from the center, with free parking available. Owners present and very helpful with any need. We took the quadruple room, spacious, well furnished, even the sofa bed very comfortable. The terrace, used for breakfast, is always open and it was very pleasant to enjoy it in the evening upon returning from the evening walk. Highly recommended.

I can only give the highest score to everything, a design structure, very clean and well-kept, very close to the center and with the possibility of free parking in front. Every evening you choose breakfast for the next day, there are very fresh cannoli and brioches, not to mention the buffet of homemade cakes and fruit and yogurt. Mini bar filled with water and complimentary drinks. Owners more than available. What more could you ask for? Highly recommended!

Design structure five minutes walk from the historic center of Noto. You feel pampered thanks to the host's attention: fresh drinks, map and book on tourist attractions, gift in the room, and the possibility to choose a typical product like cannoli or brioche, in addition to the products available for breakfast.

Equipped with every comfort and characteristic furnishings. The highlight is the terrace where breakfast is served. Spacious and tastefully furnished, it offers a stunning view of the city. Abundant and high-quality breakfast. Last but not least, the owner, who is not only kind and approachable but also extremely helpful, making every guest feel at home and offering advice on what to visit in the city. My wife and our 4-year-old son spent three nights in this wonderful establishment, of which I cannot help but praise it being a lovely, clean and well-kept B&B, as well as functional. The rooms, extremely clean and carefully detailed, are equipped with all the necessary comforts to make guests feel at ease and fully independent. It is strategically located just 200 meters from the center. But what makes this place special is the care and passion that the owners put into managing the B&B, making the guest feel at home. This is indeed a real added value as the owners (Massimo and Marta first and foremost) are fantastic people, very helpful and excellent company, as well as very friendly. Special mention for the excellent breakfast with good and genuine products, very varied and with delicious and fresh cakes as they are prepared in the morning by the owner. We will definitely come back. We recommend it to all those who come to Noto, specifying that the passion that the owners put into caring for hospitality should be an example to many “starred” establishments.

Wonderful! A brand new structure, overlooking a large square with plenty of parking, just steps from the main street of Noto. Inside, the rooms are completely renovated with a modern design that blends perfectly with Sicilian traditions. Excellent cleanliness and attention to detail with a minimal but carefully designed decor to meet every need. Breakfast is served on a finely furnished terrace, where it is pleasant to chat and relax even after enjoying the abundant breakfast, which includes the most traditional Sicilian products elaborately crafted ranging from sweet to savory (jam and candied citrus fruits, 'pani cunsatu' and caponatas, all strictly homemade). The welcome and availability of the owners and their collaborators are truly great. I spent my wedding anniversary there and will definitely return. I highly recommend it!

I stayed with my family from 28 July 2019 to 30 July 2019. It's a brand new and beautifully furnished Bed and Breakfast. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. A breakfast is offered every morning by Concetta, kind and helpful, with mainly local and homemade products (cakes, jams, granitas) and also savory items like 'pane cunzato' and 'scaccia' to take to the beach. The Bed and Breakfast is very close to the center, located in a square that offers ample parking. We consider ourselves loyal customers now. Expectations have been met. Recently renovated property, to be honest we were actually the first guests. We were greeted with kindness, courtesy, and professionalism by the owners and Mrs. Concetta who pampered us every morning with abundant breakfasts and 'pane cunzato' to take away. Mr. Massimo was also very helpful with the late check-out. Noto city center within walking distance in 5 minutes. Overall, a very positive experience. Highly recommended!
