Recently renovated rooms, located 250 meters from the theater, in the historic center. Located in a single apartment in a square full of services such as pharmacy, shop, bar, pastry shop, fruit and vegetables, fishmonger, hairdresser, hairdresser, tobacco, tobacco, pizzeria. Fantastic structure and hospitality. The manager and his daughters made us feel at home and were very attentive and caring from the booking stage. The rooms have a modern design, yet still evoke the tradition, history, and colors of Sicily. The terrace where breakfast is served is spacious and charming. The breakfast is very abundant and excellent, as well as rich in local delicacies. Another positive note is the central location.

Very, very nice structure. Perfectly reflects everything that is proposed. The owner Massimo, with his daughter, are fantastic people and made us feel at ease. The rooms are all new and the bathrooms are perfectly maintained, modern style with a Sicilian touch. The breakfast terrace is located at the top of the structure and allows you to enjoy the sun and the relaxation you need. Free parking in the square in front. Very close to the center. Highly recommended!

We were met by Brian’s daughter upon check-in. She was very informative and friendly, answered all our questions. Location was fabulous, walking distance to restaurants, sightseeing and city center. Parking available right outside. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. Bed very comfortable! Terrace was beautiful and great location for breakfast. Brian thought of everything and served us a wholesome delicious breakfast. Thank you, we truly enjoyed our stay although short.

Modern and elegant structure with an excellent location very close to the center of Noto. The owner Massimo is always available and ready to advise you on both restaurants and beaches and activities. In front of the structure there is a free public parking lot; nevertheless, Massimo left his private box at our disposal for parking the motorcycle. We appreciated the terrace above the structure where breakfast is served.

All requests have been fully met and they even gave us an upgrade at the same price. Spacious and very beautiful rooms. The property is located in the center just a stone's throw from the Noto Cathedral. There is also parking available in the square below. In short, I highly recommend it. Thank you for the stay!

Excellent property located a short walk from the center, with free parking available. Owners present and very helpful with any need. We took the quadruple room, spacious, well furnished, even the sofa bed very comfortable. The terrace, used for breakfast, is always open and it was very pleasant to enjoy it in the evening upon returning from the evening walk. Highly recommended.

I can only give the highest score to everything, a design structure, very clean and well-kept, very close to the center and with the possibility of free parking in front. Every evening you choose breakfast for the next day, there are very fresh cannoli and brioches, not to mention the buffet of homemade cakes and fruit and yogurt. Mini bar filled with water and complimentary drinks. Owners more than available. What more could you ask for? Highly recommended!

My girlfriend and I stayed in Noto for the first time and decided to stay at Marla's Boutique Rooms. The structure is brand new, meticulously cared for, and above all clean. Equipped with every comfort and characteristic furnishings. The highlight is the terrace where breakfast is served. Spacious and tastefully furnished, it offers a stunning view of the city. Abundant and high-quality breakfast. Last but not least, the owner, who is not only kind and approachable but also extremely helpful, making every guest feel at home and offering advice on what to visit in the city. Friendliness, seriousness, sincerity, professionalism. I have nothing else to add. We will definitely return.

My wife and our 4-year-old son spent three nights in this wonderful establishment, of which I cannot help but praise it being a lovely, clean and well-kept B&B, as well as functional. The rooms, extremely clean and carefully detailed, are equipped with all the necessary comforts to make guests feel at ease and fully independent. It is strategically located just 200 meters from the center. But what makes this place special is the care and passion that the owners put into managing the B&B, making the guest feel at home. This is indeed a real added value as the owners (Massimo and Marta first and foremost) are fantastic people, very helpful and excellent company, as well as very friendly. Special mention for the excellent breakfast with good and genuine products, very varied and with delicious and fresh cakes as they are prepared in the morning by the owner. We will definitely come back. We recommend it to all those who come to Noto, specifying that the passion that the owners put into caring for hospitality should be an example to many “starred” establishments.

I must make a special mention of the kindness of the managers, a quality that I have rarely found elsewhere. Wonderful! A brand new structure, overlooking a large square with plenty of parking, just steps from the main street of Noto. Inside, the rooms are completely renovated with a modern design that blends perfectly with Sicilian traditions. Excellent cleanliness and attention to detail with a minimal but carefully designed decor to meet every need. Breakfast is served on a finely furnished terrace, where it is pleasant to chat and relax even after enjoying the abundant breakfast, which includes the most traditional Sicilian products elaborately crafted ranging from sweet to savory (jam and candied citrus fruits, 'pani cunsatu' and caponatas, all strictly homemade). The welcome and availability of the owners and their collaborators are truly great. I spent my wedding anniversary there and will definitely return. I highly recommend it!

I stayed with my family from 28 July 2019 to 30 July 2019. It's a brand new and beautifully furnished Bed and Breakfast. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. A breakfast is offered every morning by Concetta, kind and helpful, with mainly local and homemade products (cakes, jams, granitas) and also savory items like 'pane cunzato' and 'scaccia' to take to the beach. The Bed and Breakfast is very close to the center, located in a square that offers ample parking. We consider ourselves loyal customers now. Expectations have been met. I spent a very relaxing weekend with my family. Very satisfied with the room and service. The owners are very friendly, down-to-earth, and very helpful. The breakfast is varied, fresh, and abundant to be enjoyed on the terrace. A special mention to Concetta who pampered us until the last minute, every wish for her is a command. I will return.

Just renovated property, we were actually the first guests. We were welcomed with kindness, courtesy, and professionalism by the owners and Mrs. Concetta who pampered us every morning with abundant breakfasts and bread cunzato to take away. Mr. Massimo was also very helpful with the late check-out. Noto center reachable on foot in 5 minutes. Overall, a very positive experience. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Recently renovated property, to be honest we were actually the first guests. We were greeted with kindness, courtesy, and professionalism by the owners and Mrs. Concetta who pampered us every morning with abundant breakfasts and 'pane cunzato' to take away. Mr. Massimo was also very helpful with the late check-out. Noto city center within walking distance in 5 minutes. Overall, a very positive experience. Highly recommended!
