The recently renovated interiors provide a calm and well-maintained atmosphere. The air-conditioned rooms feature private bathrooms and TVs, and are stylishly furnished, each with its own unique characteristics: the White room has a balcony, while the Black room is brightened by a window. Both rooms ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay.
The area is very peaceful and offers convenient parking options, either right outside the house or in a spacious lot located across from the property. Guests can explore the charming alleyways on foot, admire the architectural beauty, and immerse themselves in the authentic sounds and scents of the city.

Recently renovated structure, new and spotless room decorated with taste, equipped with everything necessary. The area, although central, is very quiet without noise. In 5 minutes on foot you can reach all points of interest in the city. Ample parking available right next to the structure. The owner, very kind, gave us many useful tips on how to move around and what to do. I would definitely recommend Nicarè Rooms for a stay in Agrigento.
