The accommodation is located on the mezzanine floor and has bedrooms each with a flat-screen TV with Netflix or Prime Video streaming services, air conditioning, table and chairs and sofa or armchair with a 25 cm high memory form mattress and neck pillows.

The accommodation also has a fully equipped kitchen, with oven, microwave, washing machine, toaster and fridge, kettle and coffee machine.

Towels, bed linen by Kasanova Italia and beach equipment are available in the apartment which also has two spacious bathrooms with large showers and complimentary products.

In the warmer months you can use the barbecue with attached equipment to grill and dine on the two large terraces or enjoy the pink sunsets typical of this area under the fragrant lemon trees of the small garden which the house enjoys while enjoying an aperitif or breakfast.

The house is equipped outside with areas equipped with deckchairs, tables and chairs for spending days outdoors and a clothesline.
