The living area includes a lounge with a fully equipped kitchen, featuring an induction hob, oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine, along with a TV for relaxation time. Since 1984, he has been the owner of Porto Marina (Tusa), a well-regarded establishment known for its Sicilian granitas made with fresh seasonal fruit, traditional pastries, cannoli, almond sweets, and local specialties, as well as the famous panettoni and dove cakes filled with fresh ricotta.
