Converted from an ancient "maiazzè" of a noble palace, the Loft del Centro is situated in the heart of Modica's historic center, tucked away in a charming side street off Corso Umberto, just a short walk from the city's main attractions. Its location makes it ideal for those who wish to immerse themselves in the authentic atmosphere of Sicilian Baroque while easily exploring the wonders of Modica and the Val di Noto.

The space is spacious and inviting, featuring stone-vaulted ceilings and arches that retain the original charm of the building. The living area opens up to a generous living space with a sofa bed, while the fully equipped kitchen allows for independent meal preparation. The master bedroom, bathroom with shower, complete linen set, and various amenities—including air conditioning, TV, and hairdryer—ensure a relaxing and functional stay.

Enhancing the experience further is the shared terrace overlooking Piazza Matteotti, where guests can enjoy a stunning view of the city center in a tranquil oasis away from the hustle and bustle.

The Loft is perfect for couples or families, accommodating up to four guests. Access is via a short staircase of about 15 steps. A minimum stay of two nights is required. Breakfast is not provided, and pets are not allowed.
