Our B&B is a newly designed, elegant, and comfortable accommodation for tourists, located in the heart of Palermo on the sixth and top floor of a building that overlooks one of the city's main streets, offering a panoramic view of the historic center. It is just a 2-minute walk from the historic Ballarò market, 5 minutes from the cathedral, and 10 minutes from the train station. One of the highlights, which is greatly appreciated, is the spacious terrace, fully furnished with sofas, tables, and chairs, allowing guests to enjoy their meals while taking in the beautiful scenery.

The neighborhood is very peaceful and equipped with all necessary services such as a pharmacy, tobacco shop, café, grocery stores, supermarkets, and a bakery, all located on the same street as the property. This is particularly important as it is connected by metro and bus stops just a few meters away. In front of the property entrance, there are several free street parking spots available, or upon request, the option for a covered parking space in the garage beneath the building, which has a partnership with the property to offer discounted rates for our clients.

The accommodation is very clean. It is very convenient to get close to the historic center. The terrace is perfect for a quiet dinner in the evening after a day spent walking. The staff responsible for cleaning and breakfast is lovely. Waking up with a smile and having breakfast is priceless. The girl at breakfast is a treasure.
