Our B&B Le Stanze dell'Emiro, is a structure located in the historic center of Palermo, precisely in one of the most historic districts, "La Zisa" right next to Palazzo della Zisa (Unesco World Heritage), is located in the center of art and culture, in the heart of the city of Palermo, and if you like, even a short distance from the sea.

The B&B Le Stanze dell'Emiro is a structure designed with taste, refinement and love for attention to detail and good taste..

The completely new structure is located in a strategic and optimal position for both leisure stays and business trips. Travelers guests, who will stay with us, will be able to immerse themselves in the colors and lights of the shopping streets, get lost in cultural events and exhibitions or get lost in the scents and tastes of food and wine culture.

The 4 large rooms are all equipped with private bathroom, WiFi Internet connection, TV, air conditioning, heat pumps, baby bed if required, hair dryer, enhanced and surrounded by a large garden "Il Genoardo" accessible to our guests. ideal for those who want to relax after a whole day spent in the streets of the historic center.

We had a very charming and authentic stay. The owners baked pies for the breakfast by themselves and gave us great tips for restaurants in the center. Overall we were very happy with our room, which was very modern and clean and offered enough space. It felt like staying over at friends or at their family.

Structure near the historic center, reachable in 15 minutes on foot. Clean and spacious room, super breakfast. Salvo, the manager, is very helpful.

You feel at home in the completely new structure and equipped with all the comforts. The owners are very kind and do everything to make you feel comfortable and to meet every request. The rooms are very spacious and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast is plentiful with various sweets always prepared by them. The location is ideal, just 10 minutes from the center of Palermo. I did not find any flaws in this structure, I am in love with it. Highly recommended!

We stayed for 5 nights from 11 to 16 June 2023. One of the best experiences in a B&B, starting from the very convenient self check-in. Located about 1 km from the center (10 minutes walk directly to the Cathedral or by bus 124, hoping for the schedules), large and spacious room with an excellent level of cleanliness, good common areas where you can also eat with take-out food (nearby there is a supermarket, a well-stocked bakery, and a pizzeria, all excellent). And what about the owners, Salvo and Daniela, available for every request providing advice 360° (where to eat, what to see, where to rent a car, etc.), beautiful chats with them during breakfast (excellent and abundant with typical Sicilian sweets). We used the transfer service for the return, convenient and punctual and with a cost in line with other solutions. We really felt like part of a big family. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Very nice B&B and a stone's throw from the historic center, the rooms are spacious and well cared for in detail. Cleanliness reigns supreme in the B&B. Breakfast is very abundant and varied. Another strong point is the courtesy and availability of Christian and his staff. Free parking is available nearby. I highly recommend it!

Very beautiful and welcoming structure. The manager is really very helpful and kind. Available for a chat at any time. The environments are very well-kept and clean. I would recommend this structure to everyone and I am sure I will come back.
