A few steps from the sea, very close to all services and commercial premises and in a strategic position to be able to experience a truly relaxing stay.

The Villa is divided into two mini apartments each with its own independent access; a three-room apartment with kitchen, outdoor veranda that can be used for breakfasts, lunches, relaxing dinners, living room and double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (with the possibility of adding two more beds); a studio apartment with en-suite bathroom and outdoor kitchenette for a total of four beds with an outdoor veranda that can be used for breakfasts, lunches, dinners and relaxation- Free Parking.

I stayed here with 2 friends. We were welcomed by Mr. Anna and Ivan, two very welcoming and helpful people. The apartment is new, well-kept, and very clean. We had a great time. The only observation I feel I should note is the distance from the beach and the center. We recommend taking electric bikes for transportation if needed.

È stato per noi un piacere ospitare Annamaria e le sue amiche. Proprio la distanza dal centro, dal caldo asfissiante e dalla confusione, è ciò che ci fa preferire dagli ospiti che cercano vacanze in assoluto relax. La distanza dalla spiaggia è di appena 800 MT. ma comunque a San vito è necessario un mezzo di spostamento per poter visitare le diverse bellissime cale in cui farsi il bagno.

The apartment is very comfortable, a 5-minute walk from the sea and 10 minutes from the pedestrian area. Two bathrooms and two large rooms with a comfortable terrace for dining. Francesco and Gaspare were very kind and always available. I recommend it.

We are leaving Le Calende right now, unfortunately! This apartment was a beautiful surprise, an astonishing value for money, everything new, super equipped with everything, panoramic, airy, bright, but a special mention to the cleanliness that was the highlight. Usually, upon arrival, I clean the whole house but this time there really was no need, everything impeccable and clean-smelling! Also, the guy at the reception was very kind and the parking in front of the house at 7 euros per day always open was very convenient. If I had to add something, maybe a few more cabinets in the kitchen could be useful, but since we are two, we didn't need them.
