The building is at about 8/10 minutes walk to the city centre. It is situated on a promontory so from there you can enjoy an amazing view. It is a peaceful and noiseless place. In 10 minutes walk you can easily reach the bus terminal and in 4 minutes the cable car that brings you directly to the sea, in particular to Isola Bella and to the beaches of Mazzarò and Spisone.
The furniture is modern and with luxury refinements, the rooms are wide and very bright. They have been just renovated. It is possible to freely park opposite the building.
