Description

"La Triade" is a brand new guesthouse, a ground floor apartment that has just been renovated and is located in a privileged position within the picturesque setting of the Neapolis Archaeological Park in Syracuse. This gives you the opportunity to reach the city's major attractions, such as the Sanctuary of the Madonna delle Lacrime, the Greek Theater, the Ear of Dionysius, the Basilica of Santa Lucia, the Paolo Orsi Archaeological Museum and the historic center of Ortigia, without the need for transportation. These places are among the most enchanting in the Mediterranean, where history and culture blend with natural beauty to offer timeless emotions.

Syracuse becomes a popular tourist destination especially during the famous classical performances, when the city is blocked by traffic near the Greek Theater and moving around by transportation becomes stressful. However, in this case, "La Triade" allows you to arrive at the Theater in just a few minutes on foot and without stress to enjoy the show on time.

Whether it's for work, vacation (with family or as a couple), or even to support family members who are in the hospital, our guesthouse allows you to park and reach places of interest on foot while staying in the most comfortable way possible.

The breakfast offered is typically Italian, as shown in the photo. The products are individually packaged with expiry and ingredient information as per protocol. In addition to croissants, there are products from the slopes of Mount Etna with typical Sicilian flavors, various jams, honey, Nutella, biscuits, cereals, tea, coffee, fruit juices, milk, yogurt, butter and fresh fruit (during high season). Breakfast is a sacred moment that should be enjoyed calmly and peacefully, according to each person's habits, before starting a beautiful day full of energy towards our beautiful Syracuse.

I am the mother of three beautiful children who one day decided to devote my care also to the guests of the structure that I would have liked to create so much. Thus was born La Triade Guest House, managed and taken care of exclusively by me, from check-ins to cleaning and rearranging the rooms, from breakfast care to advice on visiting the city. I put all my effort into taking care of the guests, I am always available and make sure that the guest feels at home.

The area in which the structure is located is central and allows you to walk to the points of greatest interest, such as the shrine of Our Lady of Tears, the Neapolis Archaeological Park with Greek Theater, the Paolo Orsi Museum, the shopping street and even the island of Ortigia, that is the ancient city of Syracuse. From here it is easy to use public transport and to receive meals at home; reach tobacco, supermarkets, restaurants and self-service in a few minutes.

The structure is clean and well-kept; in a central location, convenient for walking both to Neapolis and to Ortigia. The car can therefore comfortably remain parked in the communal space. The rooms, with en-suite bathrooms, are equipped with everything you need, including a minibar. Marilena is very helpful, kind, and friendly (and she recommended us an excellent ice cream shop). We will definitely return.

Very close to the Greek Theatre and a 15-minute walk from Ortigia. It is a very well-kept facility and managed with great attention. Very clean rooms and rich breakfast.

It must be emphasized the great organizational efficiency of Mrs. Marilena in the ordinary management of the facility, as well as her availability to meet the extraordinary needs of the guests. The apartment lacked nothing either in equipment or organization. It is close to places of great historical and artistic interest (Neapolis, Greek theater, archaeological museum) which can be reached on foot. Ortigia requires, to be reached, 20/30 minutes on foot: if it is very hot it can be tiring in the absence of an adequate public transport service. Otherwise, they offer the time for a pleasant walk. The building in which the apartment building is located is not very beautiful, but offers the advantage of an internal parking. Syracuse is a city that hosts great historical and cultural treasures, unfortunately, however, inserted in a context that little enhances them, characterized by urban and building disorder and poor services (public transport, tourist information, etc.). It is a wonderful city that would deserve a better administration: it could thus attract many more visitors.

Beautiful stay experience. The entire structure is comfortable and welcoming, Marilena was very available and careful with details, knowing how to create a friendly and family atmosphere. Impeccable cleanliness. The location is not optimal, but very convenient for those interested in going to the Greek theater in just a few minutes on foot.

Beautiful experience. The owner is very kind and super helpful. The room is beautiful. I spent two days in total comfort. Moreover, for those in Syracuse for exams, the property is located near the train station and the bus stop that leads to the southern fair. I am really satisfied. I wouldn't have left.
