Description

Typical farmhouse start 900 favignana, positioned in the plain of the island.

Made of Tuff and recently renovated, immersed in the tranquillity of the rural hinterland and surrounded by delightful gardens hypogea.

Is just over 1 km from the most popular beaches on the island: Cala Rossa and Cala Azzurra, Bue Marino and Lido Burrone (unique beach of Favignana) and approximately 3 Km from the historic city centre can be reached easily with bicycles and scooters.

The structure has three apartments with separate entrance, spacious outdoor veranda with tables and chairs with beautiful sea view and/or on the Tuff quarries. The apartments are equipped with all comforts: fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, Sat TV, hairdryer, ironing facilities, networks and orthopedic mattresses. Doors and Windows with mosquito nets and AC. At guests' disposal a characteristic stone BBQ, free WIFI and ample parking.

We had a great time in the Mufulena apartment. The location was excellent for reaching the best beaches on the island and it was a 10-minute ride by electric bike from the center. Everything we needed was there, including the possibility to do laundry. The owners were available when needed and friendly.

Everything was perfect, we had our little spot as if we were at home. Quiet place, great for those who like peace. Everything was very clean, the only downside is that sometimes there are ants, but that is normal since we are in the countryside. I would absolutely recommend it!

We stayed at La Mufulena in August for five days. We were extremely happy; the house was well furnished, clean, equipped with everything necessary, both the house and the courtyard were beautiful, and all the surrounding spaces were also beautiful. It was in a perfect location in Favignana relative to both the center and the beaches. Furthermore, the owners are very kind and hospitable, and they even helped us in a moment of need.

We had to arrive the day after agreed due to health problems and we left the day before. The structure is excellent, quiet, and clean. With a means of transport, we were on a scooter, you can easily reach all destinations. \n\nI wanted to thank Mr. Ignazio and his wife who helped us a lot. They are truly exquisite people.

3 days of total relaxation. Very spacious apartment, with a well-equipped kitchen. Excellent cleanliness and a very well-ventilated location that provided wonderful refreshment in the evening. The owners are super helpful and kind. The only small downside is the fairly decentralized location. The house is reached by a road without lighting (a characteristic aspect of the island). I absolutely recommend it for those who want to relax and enjoy the island 100%.

Our stay at La Mufulena was very pleasant. Our apartment was clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and two terraces, one in front and one at the back. Fantastic view of the sea (Burrone beach) and the surrounding countryside. Quiet place. There were some ants in the kitchen and maybe it could be a bit closer to the center of Favignana, but other than that, we really liked it.

We stayed a week at La Mufulena in one of the accommodations, the one called "Dammuso": a sort of autonomous small house, equipped with all comforts. The location is spectacular, in the middle of the countryside and silence; for those coming from a reality of chaos and noise, it is ideal to rest and regenerate. Of course, one needs a means of transportation to go anywhere. The owners were kind and helpful, and met every need. The only thing that did not fully satisfy us was the stay formula, more similar to a guesthouse than a b&b: no breakfast (however, it was stated in the structure's details) and no change of sheets/towels or cleaning during the stay.

It is commonly thought that after passing away one goes to paradise, it is not true. I have been there alive at La Mufulena, a heavenly place and not least the courtesy and professionalism of Mrs. Michela and Mr. Ignazio. I sincerely hope to return. In the meantime, I send a warm hug. I recommend it to all people who want to spend a holiday without asking for anything, as there is everything you need!

We stayed for a week in one of the apartments. A quiet place in the middle of the countryside, scooter or bike necessary for moving around. Beautiful apartment, there is everything you need. Owners Ignazio and Michela are two very kind and helpful people. Recommended place.

Is is is. Well-positioned and very cute structure. The main tourist destinations (cala rossa, cala azzurra, bue marino) a stone's throw away, like the center of Favignana. A beautiful place immersed in nature and silence. Crickets and stars at night, wind and scents of the Mediterranean scrub during the day. The hypogeal gardens are wonderful and the owners, Ignazio and Michela, are extremely courteous and helpful. Highly recommended.

It is a beautiful farmhouse in Favignana where you can experience the countryside and imagine the life of a recent agricultural past, surrounded by olive trees and figs. In the property of the house, there are splendid underground gardens. I stayed in a kind of recently renovated dammuso, independent from the main house, comfortable and cool, with air conditioning and a large bed. The owners are delightful, kind, and non-invasive. It was a real pleasure to stay here for the second time.

Very beautiful structure, recently renovated excellently, very clean and all new inside, comfortable for 4 people. Nice terrace, from which you can see the sea in the distance, where you can have dinner. Beautiful garden-caves inside the structure, which Mr. Ignazio kindly showed us. The location is great (fairly central) to reach the various well-known seaside resorts (cala azzurra, cala rossa, lido burrone, bue marino). We took about 10/15 minutes by bike. Also the town is so close. Finally, Mr. and Mrs. Azzaro (the owners) are really kind and very discreet. We will definitely come back.
