Our B&B is located in the historic center of Syracuse in front of the park of the Archaeological Museum, next to the Shrine Park and a few steps from the Greek Theater and the archaeological zone. In a few minutes from the B&B you can reach the island of Ortigia, where you can find restaurants on the beach, nightclubs, pubs and Waterfront Adorno called La Marina, which is the ideal place to take long walks, listen to live music while enjoying a delicious ice cream, breathe the sea breeze and enjoy fresh air and clean Ortigia island offers as a pedestrian. Every morning in Ortigia you will visit a typical market district where you can buy local produce, fresh fish, fruits, vegetables, all this next to Temple of Apollo.
At 50m from the B&B there is a bus stop from which come and there are buses from all destinations, including the beaches and the airport of Catania. At about 100 meters from the B&B gives a large guarded parking fee for cars, motorcycles, campers, bikes. The train station in Syracuse 1500 is from our B&B is easily reachable by public transport. If you want to go shopping, just minutes from the B&B Corso troverete Gelone and Piazza Aldo Moro, the most elegant and exclusive of Syracuse. In the area north of Syracuse you will find a large Auchan shopping center in the south and a shopping mall Carrefour.

There is a bus stop 50 meters from the B&B where buses arrive and depart to all destinations, including beach areas and Catania Airport.
About 100 meters from the B&B, you will find a large guarded parking lot for cars, motorcycles, campers, and bicycles, which is subject to a fee. Syracuse train station is 1500 meters away from our B&B and is easily accessible by public transportation.
The area below our B&B offers ample and free parking for cars, motorcycles, etc.
On request, motorcycle parking is available in the condominium garage.

Very satisfying and located in an area close to the center, the Sanctuary, the Archaeological Park, the FS station, and more. Ortigia is easily reachable with a walk.

Wonderful breakfast, b&b location very close to the archaeological museum of the catacombs of San Giovanni, the Greek theater, and the Ear of Dionysus, great reception and support. Sometimes a bit noisy but you can't have everything. We had a good time. Thank you.

Very good welcome in a well-equipped apartment comfortable room; 30 minutes walk to go to the tourist center which is very attractive. On the other hand, the building is located at a crossroads with a lot of traffic and therefore very disturbing noise for rest. Night included. Too bad.

Nous sommes désolés que même si vous avez apprécié la propreté, le copieux petit-déjeuner et notre hospitalité, vous nous ayez attribué une mauvaise note pour la position dans laquelle nous nous trouvons. Je suis désolé de vous contredire mais comme vous pouvez le constater dans les centaines et centaines d'avis personne ne s'est jamais plaint des bruits forts qui l'empêchaient de bien dormir. Bien sûr nous sommes en centre ville (avec possibilité de visiter tous les sites d'intérêt à pied , Parc archéologique, musées, ils sont tout autour de nous à 2 minutes à pied.) donc il n'est pas possible d'avoir le silence de la campagne. Cependant, le double vitrage rend les chambres insonorisées, ce que confirment les notes élevées obtenues sur la qualité du sommeil et le confort, obtenues par des centaines d'avis. L'île d'Ortigia est à exactement 1 km (distance google maps), elle est certainement accessible en 15 minutes ou 30 minutes selon la façon dont vous marchez. Dans tous les cas, l'île d'Ortigia n'est accessible qu'à pied car il n'est pas possible d'y accéder en voiture.

It's the second time I stay at La Maison des Rêves. It has become my reference point thanks to its centrality. The kindness of the owners and the lady at the reception is unparalleled. Since I plan to go back several times, I will not hesitate to book here again.

Great location, close to the Ear of Dionysius and Ortigia. The room is spacious and offers every comfort. The cleanliness and breakfast are excellent. The only flaw is the lack of a parking lot, although there is the possibility to park on the street at no additional cost.

The structure is very close to the Archaeological Park (I absolutely recommend the guided tour). In the adjacent streets, there is ample availability of free parking, but unfortunately this year there is no longer the shuttle that connects that area with Ortigia (beautiful!), so you have to walk a bit on foot to go there in the evening and visit it. Attached to the B&B there is also a modern and very tall sanctuary that deserves to be visited.

The structure is located just 5 minutes from the Greek Theater, which is very convenient. However, taking a shower can be a challenge due to the nonexistent water pressure, especially if someone else turns on the tap at the same time. However, apart from this inconvenience, the structure is still good.

My wife and I were happy to return to La Maison des Rêves. As always, we were very pleased with the service offered to us. Our room (Deluxe With Balcony) was spacious just right, clean and detailed. The breakfast with artisanal products is unbeatable. Mr. Giancarlo and his father were as always kind and caring towards us. The B&B's location is perfect for getting around in Siracusa, both on foot and by car. We found it easy to park in the area. We will happily return.

Great welcome in this well-kept B&B, clean and with a good breakfast (homemade cakes and jams). A bit far from the center but easy to park and move around if you have a car. The staff speaks French.

Basic but functional accommodation for a short visit to Syracuse. Excellent breakfast, with homemade and divine cakes! The hotel is in a building, just a few meters from the Greek theater and the bus stop that leads to Ortigia. Easy parking in the side streets.

Camere moderne e finemente arredate. Si vede che i proprietari ci tengono, è tutto ristrutturato da recente. Super colazione abbondante e varia (si può scegliere la colazione da un menu digitale, tutto ciò che si desidera, c'è davvero un ampia scelta inclusi i muffin fatti in casa, il tutto viene poi servito in camera).
La migliore colazione post covid 19 mai fatta! Pulizia impeccabile. Posizione ottima, ci si muove a piedi sia per visitare la zona archeologica (il quartiere Neapolis, elegante e ben servito di ristoranti, pizzerie, bar, ecc) sia per raggiungere l'isola di Ortigia (1 km , una piacevole passeggiata).

Una volta arrivati, guardando il palazzo che ospita il B&B, l'atrio interno al palazzo non sapevo cosa aspettarmi. Invece una volta entrati, ci siamo tranquillizzati. Molto ben organizzato, il gestore molto cordiale, buona la pulizia generale. Insomma lo consiglio vivamente. Da tenere in considerazione.

Qunado si dice stare bene come a casa.
Ho incontrato uno staff davvero gentilissimo e professionale.
La struttura è tenuta benissimo e la pulizia è superlativa.
Ho alloggiato presso questa struttura una settimana e mi sono trovato davvero bene.
Ne approfitto per ringraziare lo staff che si è mostrato sempre gentile, disponibile e professionale.
Secondo il mio modesto parere non c'è nulla da aggiungere.

L'unica criticità la mancanza, per motivi di spazio, di un armadio in alcune camere.
Per il resto piacevole soggiorno in prossimità del centro storico.
Colazione abbondante e ottima, con dolci fatti in casa.

Ce vieil immeuble dans un carrefour fait mine de rien. Pourtant, une fois monté les 3 étages, nous entrons dans un endroit particulier. Notre chambre était très spacieuse, avec un balcon.
Très propre et moderne. Le personnel très accueillant, parlant bien français.
A pris du temps pour nous expliquer à l'aide d'un plan de ville les endroits à visiter.
Le petit-déjeuner était copieux et varié. Nous avons visité à pied la vieille ville (15 min.).

B&B au top à tous les niveaux
Pot de réception, personnel très pro. Décoration magnifique, chic.
Le responsable dans un français parfait nous a invité à revenir et à nous servir de guide.

Il B&B si trova in una comodissima posizione nei pressi del teatro greco, del santuario della Madonna delle Lacrime e del Museo archeologico "P. Orsi"; i mezzi pubblici consentono di raggiungere facilmente Ortigia.
La struttura è pulitissima, dotata di ogni comodità. Unica nota stonata: poiché le camere si affacciano su una via importante di Siracusa, un po' di rumore è causato dal transito di veicoli; gli infissi, tuttavia, se tenuti chiusi, isolano perfettamente, e il climatizzatore consente di gestire la temperatura interna delle camere a proprio piacimento.
I gestori sono efficientissimi nella comunicazione e gradevolissimi nella relazione diretta.

Bel posto, pulito, personale gentile, più simile ad un albergo che ad un B&B!
La posizione è piuttosto comoda, ma lontana dal centro, e la strada sottostante è molto trafficata, ma la camera ben insonorizzata! La colazione è unica: con veri croissant da pasticceria! Ve lo consiglio!
