Ninni & Cristina are very pleased to open the doors of their home to all you fellow travellers looking for a friendly place stay, a real home-from-home, whether you are travelling on business or on holiday.
The apartment is situated on the second floor of a sunny palace dating from the 1800s, with large windows and balconies overlooking the walls of the 'Ursino Castlè, behind which our gigantic Mt. Etna dominates the landscape, its powerful presence creating a dramatic atmosphere.
We are just moments away from a wide range of vibrant shops, cafés, bistros and restaurants along with the most lively and historic fish market on the island ' La Pescherià, which is just at the bottom of our street.
Here you can feast cheaply under the stars on local fish and watch the Sicilian life-style passing by while sipping a chilled glass of Sicilian wine.
We are only 10 mins. by bus/car from the airport, a 20 min. walk to a golden sandy beach and a convenient base for exploring the East coast of the island (Taormina, Etna, Siracusa, Pantalica & Enna are all within 1 hours drive).
Parking is free, in front of the B&B and in the surrounding streets. We are situated on the 2nd floor and have a lift for our guests comfort and convenience.

The Cot is a charming, large apartment on the 2nd story (with elevator) of an 18th-century building one block away from the Castello Ursino. Every room is decorated in a fun shabby-chic/antique style and the beds are comfortable with crisp linens. Quiet air conditioning if needed. Our host Nini is absolutely charming; I felt as though I was visiting my cousin. He prepared for us the most delicious and copious breakfast. He was helpful with suggestions and directions to restaurants and sites to visit. The apartment is within walking distance of all the sights: the Duomo, the fish market, the Benedictine Monastery of San Nicolò and Via Etnea. I would love to stay here again. ✨Nicole from Sarasota.

Perfect Beb for Catania, central, clean and super welcoming. Ninni is a true host, very helpful in providing all kinds of information and advice! Great also for families with small children (potty, games, crib). We had a good time!

Great location for exploring the centre of Catania on foot. Very friendly and flexible host. Only downside: the BnB is next to a very busy road (not dangerous, but lots of traffic) so it is very noisy during the night, especially during the weekend.

Best welcome ever! Charming place with flea market and antique spirit. Just take your earplugs in case your room is on the street side, because the neighborhood is lively, with nice bars and authentic restaurants. I have also to mention the cute and delicious breakfast. We will come back!

We had a lovely stay! Ninni & Cristina are wonderful hosts. Easy to communicate with in English from before the stay all the way through. We had a lot of fun chatting with Ninni over breakfast, which was delicious and plentiful. Our bedroom was very large and comfortable and we had access to a semi-private sitting area outside the bedroom as well. Eccentric and interesting design throughout the entire property! Just remember to bring earplugs as it is a well-located apartment in a busy part of town!

Lovely B&B within walking distance of the many sights, shops, fish market and bus station. The train station was a little further away but walkable. The hosts were very welcoming. A great breakfast each morning.
