The design of the property

Description

Giorgio's Cottage, a cozy and recently renovated house, is located in the historic center of Siculiana. It offers its guests 2 options: the "family room" consisting of 2 bedrooms and a private bathroom. This option is very versatile and suitable for a couple or a family of 4 people. The "Double Room" is a spacious bedroom with a private bathroom, perfect for a couple. It is also possible to add a camping cot upon request (free of charge).

Within 200 meters, you can find the Chiaramonte Castle, the Chiaramontano Park, and the SS. Crocifisso Sanctuary. Just over 3 km away, you can enjoy the most beautiful beaches (Siculiana Marina, Giallonardo), and a little further, you will find the Torre Salsa Reserve, the Greek Theater of Eraclea Minoa, the Scala dei Turchi, and the magnificent Valley of the Temples.

Small rooms with no space for luggage. The host is friendly, but there was a serious problem with the hot water system that prevented us from taking showers. Additionally, the air conditioner did not work well.

Ho già manifestato il mio dispiacere per l'inconveniente dell'acqua calda, se solo mi avesse avvisato subito avrei fatto ripartire l'impianto senza problemi. In merito alla pompa di calore, mi rincresce doverla smentire, in quanto l'impianto funziona egregiamente, aveva semplicemente impostato la ventilazione e non il riscaldamento. Spero di rivederla presto :) Tommaso S.

The rooms were nice, clean and tidy. The mattresses were very comfortable. It is close to the castle where we were invited to a wedding, a two-minute walk away. The owner is kind, courteous and helpful.

Everything great. The room was very clean, well positioned, and a few minutes by car from the sea. The owner Tommaso is very welcoming and kind. The room also has an automatic check-in, so very convenient and flexible. I recommend everyone to stay at Tommaso's.
