Splendid two-room apartment a stone's throw from the historic center, equipped and equipped with every comfort.

The apartment is 50sqm large, recently renovated and is located on the ground floor of a building from the early 1900s, with an independent entrance.

We find a double bedroom, a very comfortable bathroom with shower, and a large fully equipped living room kitchen, a double sofa bed and a delightful wooden mezzanine. Among the many services included we find air conditioning, fast Internet connection with fiber, washer dryer.

The apartment is connected to the airport from the nearby Lolli station

We were welcomed by Giovanna, a very sweet, kind and extremely helpful person. The house is truly beautiful, I couldn't honestly ask for anything better. We enjoyed every single second spent there; everything clean, tidy and visually very pleasing. La Casetta di Cocò (as described by them) is in the semi-center: the historic center, besides by public transport, is also reachable on foot. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in a modern, peaceful and welcoming place.
