Description
The recently renovated "Casetta del Mare" consists of two double bedrooms both with balconies overlooking the sea and a third double bedroom with window, a complete bathroom with shower, a typical Sicilian built-in kitchen/living room with TV.
The holiday home, located in the center of Trapani and 50 meters from the sea, in the tourist area of the city near all services (bars, restaurants, bakery, supermarkets, pharmacies, pastry shops, fish market, bank, etc..etc..). The apartment is located on the 3rd floor without a lift. It is a strategic area for touring the entire province: San Vito lo Capo, Macari, the Zingaro Reserve, the Saline, Scopello, etc. About 500 meters from the house there is the pier for the Egadi islands, taking the cable car you can reach the beautiful medieval town of Erice. Being a large apartment, the rooms will be opened or closed based on the number of people. Free parking space in the square near the house (Piazza Scalo d'alaggio).

Torre di Ligny is a small fishing village located in the center of Trapani, a very important point of national and international tourism due to the Cuscus Cuscus Day event held every year in August.
Various festivals are planned in the area in addition to the Cous Cous day; in August, there is also the very important festival of the Madonna of Trapani with fireworks and many other events organized by the municipality of Trapani even during the low season.
At the northern end of the sickle-shaped peninsula on which Trapani stands, the tower of Ligny stands out. Built-in 1671 on the occasion of the arrival in the city of the Viceroy Claudio Lamoraldo, prince of Ligny, the mighty construction, of a square plan, currently houses the Museum of Prehistory. The museum can be visited every day from 9 am to 1 pm. The crystal clear water, the limestone rocks, the small and narrow typical streets of the place, and its easy connection with the Egadi Islands, Erice, Segesta, San Vito Lo Capo, Bonagia, Custonaci, make this place unique and magical in its own way.
