Our accommodation is located in the southeast part of Sicily, surrounded by countryside, in the immediate vicinity of Rosolini, between the provinces of Syracuse and Ragusa. Our facility is a traditional Sicilian stone farmhouse, surrounded by dry stone walls and ancient olive and carob trees. Our guests can enjoy the natural garden and fruits from our garden. Our farmhouse is environmentally sustainable, with thermally ventilated roofs insulated with cork, photovoltaic electricity, solar panels, and a biomass boiler for heating and hot water.
The apartments we offer, located in our farmhouse, are "La Mansarda" on the first floor, with two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single and a half beds (dimensions 130/205 cm), a bathroom with shower, and a fully equipped kitchen. Additionally, there is a private veranda of approximately 35 square meters with a splendid panoramic view. The "La Terrazza" apartment is located on the ground floor and consists of a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom, and a private bathroom. It also has a private terrace equipped with a table and chairs, from which you can admire the panoramic view. All apartments are equipped with air conditioning and heating to ensure maximum comfort during your stay.
