This apartment can accommodate a minimum of four people and is located within a residential complex, but still retains all the characteristics of a small villa (up to six people) with two triple rooms, as well as a sofa bed in the living room that can accommodate one and a half people.

The price varies depending on the season, and if there are more than four guests, the price will be increased accordingly.

The apartment is located about 150 meters away from a sandy beach with clear and crystalline sea, and a few minutes' walk from the town center of Favignana.

It is spread over two floors: on the raised ground floor, there is a large double bedroom with a single bed equipped with a built-in wardrobe and well-ventilated by a large window, a bathroom with a shower, a spacious living room/kitchen with a comfortable kitchenette. In the living room, there is a single sofa bed and a TV.

Through an internal spiral staircase, you can go down to the well-ventilated basement with a large window and a mosquito net, where there is a large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, as well as a bathroom with a shower.

The apartment has a private entrance and a fenced garden of about 50 square meters, equipped with Mediterranean ornamental plants, an umbrella, a table, chairs, and a portable barbecue, perfect for summer dinners and relaxing evenings with friends.

Adjacent to the house, there is an external parking space, and two bicycles are available to use for free.

Electricity, water, and gas are included in the price. The final cleaning cost is €40. The apartment can accommodate a minimum of four people.
