For a peaceful countryside getaway just a stone's throw from the sea, all year round in Sicily, we recommend staying at L'Araucaria, a small estate located in the province of Ragusa, between Santa Croce Camerina and Punta Secca, just 2 km from the sea. Here, you can choose from a variety of mini-apartments, including studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments.
L'Araucaria offers its guests various facilities, including a parking lot, a swimming pool with a sun deck equipped with loungers and chairs, a large shaded area, a children's play area with a playhouse, slide, swing, and see-saw, a barbecue area with a gazebo furnished with a table and chairs, a tennis court, a 5-a-side football field with synthetic turf, an 8-a-side football field with natural grass, a padel court, a club house with table tennis and table football, and a shared laundry room with iron and ironing board.
Upon request at the time of booking, umbrellas for the beach are available free of charge. In addition, L'Araucaria offers ample furnished green spaces and is perfect for meetings, small banquets, and birthday parties.
The apartments, furnished in a rustic, simple but comfortable style, are equipped with a large pergola with a table and chairs, air conditioning and/or heating and ceiling fans in the sleeping area, TV, and free wireless internet with a hotspot system.

The estate is the ideal place for those who want to have a holiday dedicated to relaxation and sports in contact with nature. You get out of the rhythms and noises of the city, but just a 3-minute drive away you find beautiful beaches with equipped beach clubs. In the common area, there is a coffee machine that makes excellent coffee. The owners are kind and available for every need. Highly recommended, especially if you go with friends to make the most of the various services and sports fields available at the facility.

We had a great time, very kind owners, available for any help request. Quiet place, relaxation and fun in the pool. Nearby, about 2.5 km away, you can reach Punta Secca, where there is a beautiful stretch of beach and you can visit the house of Commissioner Montalbano (Italian TV series).

The managers are very kind and helpful. Comfortable beds and quiet at night, great for those who want to rest well. Excellent value for money. Some problems with the shower and I would replace the dish rack cabinet under the sink.
