The most beautiful, elegant and chic house you could stay in. The staff, every one of them, have the sole intention of pleasing you, making your stay comfortable and providing whatever you need. I can't find a single bad thing; everything is a 10. I would repeat my stay there a thousand times and I will recommend it to all friends and family who visit Palermo.

The hotel is located in the Kalsa area, an Arab neighborhood in the historic center of Palermo. We stayed at this hotel for a wedding. The staff was very helpful in managing our pre-wedding commitments, laundry, hairdresser, etc. Impeccable service, very rich and varied breakfast. The establishment is located in a limited traffic zone, a pass is registered on the day of check-in and another on check-out day. For the other days, a small fee must be paid for the daily pass. The staff is very friendly and ready to give advice and directions for visiting the city.

Very nice, capable, helpful and kind people. Nice building and location. Just a bit far off to go back to for a noon nap. And sometimes some details were not working perfectly, like TV or AC, and it took a while to fix. For being Italy, it was a good breakfast, keeping in mind that there is almost no such thing in Italy.

I sent more than 20 people from Milan to the accommodation for our wedding. The guests were thrilled with the venue, for its location (if you come to Palermo staying on Via Alloro is the best thing you can do!), cleanliness, and kindness. The managers were available from the beginning and tried to accommodate us in every way, even calming the anxieties of a stressed bride-to-be. They managed arrivals at different times and even the breakfast for the celiac kids went smoothly. We are very satisfied.

I returned after about seven years to this establishment, which I had already had the opportunity to appreciate. A delightful corner located in Kalsa, what was the old Arab quarter, rich in artistic treasures. It is evident the passion that the owners put into their work: every space is cared for in the smallest details, the rooms are spacious and welcoming adorned with unique details, the garden is well-kept with plants, tuff seats covered with majolica, cobbled floor, artistic installations that remind of the Sicilian Puppet Opera. I recommend it without hesitation, the staff is welcoming and caring, the owners are two wonderful people.

Considering that it is a bed & breakfast, it is very nice and in a location where you can reach the main street in 5 minutes. To access the rooms, there are a few steps, but the structure has its charm and the rooms are very nice and clean. We were welcomed by Antonella and you couldn't have a better welcome, very helpful, kind, nice, and caring, and only this deserves high ratings.

The stay at the facility was more than positive and I recommend it. The staff coordinating the activities (Maria and Antonella) are very friendly and helpful. They are open to discussion and try to meet the needs of the customer. The facility is strategically located with respect to the city center and places to visit, in addition to being in a very quiet neighborhood. The breakfast does not include the preparation of dishes on the spot (like eggs), but there are other options available for all tastes and dietary types. I highly recommend, if I have to return to Palermo, I will not miss staying here.

The structure is beautiful, with an older part and a new part. We initially stayed one night in the older part and the room was very nice with some work needed in the bathroom (loose faucet, shower drains poorly). Then we slept another two nights, returning to Palermo, in the new part. The room is beautiful, the bathroom is small but functional. The cleanliness is excellent. The breakfast is good. The staff is very kind, ready to give advice about the city. The courtyard is the cherry on the cake. A quiet place to sit and read a good book. It is not suitable for people with mobility issues as the stairs are very steep and there is no elevator.

Nice design with a combination of modern and old masonry. Very friendly staff. Nice garden with a rooftop terrace. Central location, but the immediate surroundings are a bit neglected. Unfortunately, the mattress was a bit old and the sheet was not suitable. Breakfast was mainly sweet, with little choice of savory, unfortunately only tables for two people.

Overall, the structure is really nice and completely new. Very close to the center, the location is truly a plus and there are no problems with parking. Unfortunately, the room assigned to us was very small. We were two, with a bed of one and a half squares, a bathroom without a window and with unusable services, the bidet was too close to the wall and the space was too tight to use it. The price of the exclusive room is higher than what it actually offers. The room where breakfast is served is a small corridor and you can barely sit down. The staff is very kind and helpful.

Lovely building located in the narrow streets of the old town. The building is not that old, the oldest part 9 years, the youngest part 7 years but they have integrated the walls of very old buildings into the structure, very nice. We had a junior suite, lovely, we are traveling in Italy and have several very large bags, luckily we got there early and they carried them up the very steep 16-step staircase, getting them down was a different story. Our bed was somewhat comfortable, however, there was only one pillow per person and our supposedly fitted sheet was obviously too small for the bed as it would not stay tucked in. My wife found this very frustrating struggling with it all night. The breakfast area is quite small, catering for 7 rooms while they have 12 soon to be 17 as they are soon to open 5 new ones. The breakfast offer is minimal and tight, we could not even place our plate down to retrieve our toast. They advertise parking, this is not true, there is a small public free car park 50 ft away but it was full. We had to park 600 meters away on the main street that runs along the bay. We were able to later in the day get a park.

This bed and breakfast is a gem, located right in the city center, with parking and ZTL access managed by the owners. The staff is attentive and very responsive. Just one issue: if you have the room under the roof, the water pump activates as soon as someone draws water, regardless of the time, and the noise and vibrations startle you awake.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms are stylish and modern and designed with loving detail. The bathroom is more like a water park though... the shower was so clogged it spilled onto the whole floor after 1 minute. The bidet faucet leaked sideways. The sink leaked too so just in general difficult to find a dry place to put stuff. The toilet most definitely needs a deep cleanse as it emitted a quite pungent urine smell. The very sweet staff did come up quickly to mop up the shower spill though...

We stayed at Khalisah on our last night in Sicily. It is in the Kelsa area of Palermo. Had we known how interesting that area is, we would have stayed there earlier in our trip. We appreciated that the host, Sergio, and his staff were waiting for us, even though we were late. The room was super functional and immaculate. Owner and staff are poorly trained and quite rude (always ready to justify gross errors). We were given a quadruple room instead of a double because they had not correctly registered the reservation. The first night in the double bed went fine, but we woke up and the bed collapsed, the wooden legs gave way (we checked and one had been attached with silicone). We reported it, but they didn't even change our room, they just told us to move to the upper part of the loft with two single beds. Every night was a problem to come back with a gate with a non-functional lock, having to try to force it open without even having the access code which seemed to be top secret and for internal use only. The packaged breakfast costs an additional 5 euros per person if brought to the room, there is no savory option but only sweet, and the fruit is almost always too ripe, almost rotten. What can I say, the location is nice, beautiful Arab part Kalsa, but it's clear that the property owners are not from this industry and have no intention of updating themselves.

Premesso che lei non aveva nessuna prenotazione presso la nostra struttura in quanto aveva dimenticato di fornirci i dati della carta di credito per formalizzare il suo voucher, le ricordo che la sua camera era una quadrupla cosi come da lei specificato per la quale avrebbe dovuto pagare un supplemento che non le è stato chiesto. Vi abbiamo dato una sistemazione nonostante non aveste camere prenotate. La prima notte avete Sporcato le lenzuola ed i cuscini di sangue e non ci avete comunicato nulla (pertanto è normale dovere pagare un supplemento) In quanto al letto evito di fare allusioni alle sollecitazioni cui è stato sottoposto per spezzare due piedi e non uno. Inoltre il cancello per via delle cattive condizioni meteo ha subito un urto ed ha avuto un problema di chiusura che abbiamo sistemato il giorno successivo. La colazione in camera si paga come servizio extra, cosa che è abituale nelle strutture ricettive, quindi farebbe bene a viaggiare di più e a conoscere meglio queste realtà piuttosto che offendere chi lavora e suda per farvi avere dei piacevoli soggiorni. We stayed four nights in this B&B in the heart of the Kalsa district, an ancient neighborhood with very evident contrasts, which in my opinion summarizes the essence of the city of Palermo very well. A very well done renovation, which enhances the small internal courtyard, ideal for relaxing a bit after a day wandering around the city. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, all with air conditioning and tastefully furnished. The breakfast, with croissants and fresh pastries, is prepared by Sergio, the manager, a very helpful and cheerful person, generous with information about the city. In particular, he solved a problem we had with the rental car in no time. Our reservation with Hertz had been canceled, and he found us another one right away. What else can I say, good value for money, we truly recommend it!
