Kamaffari is an ideal apartment for couples, friends or families who want to stay and enjoy a holiday in the center of Palermo, the excellent location, located between the two main theaters (Politeama and Massimo) allows you to walk through the streets, appreciating the beauty and history that a city like Palermo can offer. A stone's throw from the historic center, open-air museum and several restaurants, bars, museums.
The property is located on the 1st floor, from the external atrium for the exclusive use of our guests you enter the apartment, immediately a large living room with a full kitchen, equipped with various accessories, a large table and TV.
Next to the first bedroom equipped with a comfortable double bed, TV, wardrobe, chest of drawers, from here you can access the bathroom of the apartment with a hydromassage tub.
Passing through the first bedroom you arrive at the second also equipped with a double bed, TV and wardrobe.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning / heat pump and heating, free wi-fi.

The structure is new and clean in a central location, just a few minutes' walk from the Teatro Massimo. We were welcomed by Dario, a wonderful and helpful person, who gave us a map with points of interest and recommended several places where we could eat excellent arancine and cannoli. I would definitely return. PS: I read some negative reviews about the shower, about the fact that a lot of water falls on the floor. There's a glass that can be closed and pushed against the tub, you can see it in the photos as well. The fact is that we did not encounter any problems of this kind.

My two friends and I stayed here for 5 nights and it was the perfect accommodation for our needs! Dario was a fantastic host - so communicative, helpful, and friendly. Check-in was very smooth and he gave us some great recommendations. The location of the apartment is great, just outside the historic center but still so close to everything, and it was easy for us to find parking when we rented a car for a couple of days. \n\n The apartment itself is very charming, with its own patio and equipped with many thoughtful touches - enough toilet paper, a change of towels, sufficient hangers for all our clothing, plates, a coffee machine, etc. The bedding was also very comfortable. The only thing I would improve is that the shower has no curtain so it's likely that there will be water on the bathroom floor after showering. \n\nAll in all, we had a great stay and Kamaffari felt like a home away from home, would highly recommend!

We loved this apartment, it has two bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen living room and a terrace to get some fresh air and smoke. The location is perfect, right next to the center, close to Teatro Massimo and the most commercial street with shops, you can walk to all the important monuments of the city, it's a neighborhood that looks well-maintained and elegant (there are other areas of the city older and more neglected, not the case of this neighborhood, it looks very safe), there is a private parking around the corner, there is a small elevator. Our host was very attentive and recommended several restaurants that were a hit. Very highly recommended, if we return to Palermo we will repeat a TEN.
