Description

New establishment in Birgi Vecchi in front of the lagoon of Stagnone. A few steps from the beach and from the Kitesurf area, the Bed and Breakfast "Isole dello Stagnone" is 2 km from airport Trapani-Birgi, 12 km from Marsala and 40 km from the beautiful San Vito Lo Capo beach.

Very quiet area ideal for a relaxing holiday, immersed in the wonderful atmosphere that the landscape offers.

The structure consists of rooms with private bathrooms, flat-screen TVs, air conditioning, heating, a common kitchen, living room TV and wide open spaces where you can spend the day.

Tablecloths, linens, hair dryers and complimentary toiletries are included in the price.

Every morning a fresh breakfast is served.

Lovely location, excellent services provided by the facility, outstanding cleanliness, very helpful hosts. Only one complaint to make in order to improve communication... on the website homepage it should be clarified better that breakfast is not included.

I will limit myself to stating the facts: Upon arrival, after a few calls and some waiting to be greeted by someone, we were shown what was supposed to be our room. On the door frame, there was a cockroach of considerable size. Upon entering the room, we were overwhelmed by a strong sewage odor. We pointed it out and they gave us a larger room. In this room, the mattress, besides being uncomfortable, had a sink on one side. We spent three nights in this room, but for the fourth and final night, despite the issue being resolved in our original room, we were moved to a room with an external private bathroom. Here is the pinnacle: bedspread damaged by a cigarette burn, dated furniture, the toilet seat in the bathroom was covered with a soft plastic cover. Mediocre breakfast. At the time of payment, the grand finale: no POS, cash only. The host was receptive in solving some issues, but often not very present. In general, with some small improvements, they could greatly enhance the service.

New Bed & Breakfast right on the Isole dello Stagnone Reserve, immersed in nature and silence. For Kitesurfing, I don't think there is a better accommodation. Excellent cleanliness, good breakfast, very kind and helpful owners. Giuseppe took care of us from arrival to departure. We will definitely come back, highly recommended.

Posto carino, accogliente, molto pulito, titolari gentilissimi, colazione ottima. Vicino al mare e ad uno dei locali più rinomati di Marsala 'Mamma Caurà da dove è possibile ammirare un meraviglioso tramonto. Consigliato certamente.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo B&B una notte per la comodità di vicinanza all'aeroporto Birgi. La zona intorno è molto bella (Mozia e riserva isola dello Stagnone) e merita sicuramente qualche gg per visitarla. La struttura è in ordine e pulita. Il bagno grande e la camera anche. La padrona di casa veramente gentile e disponibile. La mattina anche se partivamo alle 5 di mattina si è offerta di farci trovare qualcosa per colazione e in più la sera che abbiamo riconsegnato la macchina ci è venuta a prendere in aeroporto senza chiederci nessuna spesa. Inoltre ci hanno trovato anche un passaggio alla mattina sempre per l'aeroporto per una cifra veramente onesta. Consigliatissimo.
