Description

San Vito Accommodations is 200 meters from the crystal-clear sea and fine white sand that distinguish San Vito Lo Capo, one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe.

The property is located in the heart of the seaside village, in an area that still retains a particular tranquility.

Our accommodations have been completely renovated and newly furnished in July 2017 giving rise to three different solutions.

Welcoming, refined and comfortable, they are equipped with independent air conditioning and entrance, kitchenette equipped with use and bathrooms made with the renowned "nerello" marble of the Custonaci marble basin.

On the upper floor there is access to a large terrace with barbecue and table and chairs to enjoy maximum relaxation and an extraordinary panoramic view of the Sanctuary of San Vito Lo Capo
Each has Tv, wi-fi connection, internet cable and safe.

All offer a stunning view of a small road that looks like an evocative combination of colors, from green plants to the nuances of their flowers.

The owners will be able to welcome you with friendliness and hospitality, offering you a well-groomed and courteous service, making you feel at home and pointing to the places to visit, the main destinations and ways to reach them: Erice, Segesta, Castellammare del Golfo, Zingaro, Scopello.

You will be able to recommend the locals where you can enjoy the local cuisine and the genuine flavors, immersing you in unforgettable locations.

They will show you the main activities that take place in San Vito Lo Capo and surrounding areas and will respond to your various requests, from athletes, to lovers of culture, gastronomy, history, excursions, sea, nature and much more.

The property is located in the center of the seaside village.
In its immediate vicinity are: supermarket, ice cream parlor, bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, bars, typical shops etc...
Given the central position, it is possible to move on foot without necessarily using means of transport.
The beach is just 150 meters away; same distance to reach the main square of the seaside village in which there is the church-dome of San Vito Lo Capo (TP)
San Vito lo Capo is well connected with the main towns of western Sicily, in particular Trapani and Palermo.
From Trapani (city and port) it is possible to reach San Vito from two different routes. We suggest you choose the coastal itinerary (slightly slower, but much more suggestive and panoramic), which from the seafront of Trapani-Erice leads directly to San Vito (through the provincial roads 20 and 18).
For those coming from 'Trapani airport it is instead advisable to take the motorway (always free) towards Trapani, then follow the signs for Valderice through the provincial road 187 (which joins after about 15 km with the Provincial Road 16 for San Vito Lo Capo).

Would not stay again. There is no handrail on the staircase. There is no kitchen table. There is direct access to the bathroom from the kitchen. The stairs lack a landing at an adequate distance from the door. Soundproofing is inefficient. Kitchen utensils were scarce; we bought and left glass cups.

Small apartment with all comforts. Large bathroom and fantastic shower. Everything needed for breakfast. Just a few steps from the main square. The owner Cristian is very kind and always available. Highly recommended.

Weekend of work, but also of pleasure, undoubtedly a positive experience. Very nice room, tastefully furnished and clean. The small kitchenette with induction hob, fridge, and coffee machine is also brilliant, especially for those with food intolerances who do not always want or can eat out. Excellent for the location, which allows you to reach (just a few steps away on foot) both the center and the wonderful beach of San Vito. Added value also Cristian and his wife, welcoming and very kind. In short, everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Excellent location due to its proximity to the beach and center, very clean structure. The owner Cristian is very kind and helpful, we also had the pleasure of meeting his family. He suggested a nearby parking and places where you can enjoy good food. Recent furnishings, all very clean and functional. Recommended even for a long weekend, functional kitchen (we ate out but there is everything necessary to cook in the apartment). New TV. The breakfast kit was much appreciated with pods, rusks, jam and Nutella; in the fridge we found cold water which was very welcome, half a beer and a can of tonic! We were satisfied, I recommend it!

We stayed in San Vito lo Capo for a few days, but everything was very pleasant starting from the stay. We found the structure in excellent condition, as it was renovated a few years ago, comfortable due to its strategic position in relation to the center and clean. Thanks again to Cristian, the owner, who besides being helpful was helpful to us both regarding the rental of motorbikes and for various suggestions on typical places to visit and local places. Overall great stay.

We stayed at San Vito Accommodations for a week and what can I say? Everything was perfect! The location is close to the center of San Vito and the beach (just a few minutes on foot). The place is new, furnished with taste and high-quality materials, equipped with every comfort, and the daily cleaning was very much appreciated... and last but not least, the excellent hospitality of Mr. Cristian, a very pleasant person, who was very attentive to meet our needs and give us valuable advice on everything. I can only highly recommend it! And if we return to San Vito, our choice will be San Vito Accommodations once again.

We were guests for a few days, but lived with carefree tranquility. Welcomed with care and provided with many tips for an unforgettable vacation. A stay dedicated to relaxation, in a wonderful place like San Vito lo Capo and in a romantic, new, clean, and well-furnished location. The bathroom of our accommodation is white finished with marble of intense colors. What can I say, we will be back soon. I highly recommend it.
