The "Piccolo Porto" guesthouse is located in the center of Marzamemi. The sea is approximately 150 meters away. The central square of the ancient village of Marzamemi is only 150 meters away from the guesthouse. Bars, restaurants, pizzerias, and shops can be reached in just 2 minutes on foot. There is a paid parking lot for cars 50 meters from the guesthouse. The room includes a TV, air conditioning/heating, fridge, hairdryer, and private bathroom.

The managers of the guesthouse Il Piccolo Porto are Noemi and Lorenzo. The idea of naming their establishment Il Piccolo Porto comes from the etymological meaning of the name Marzamemi. In fact, some believe it derives from the Arabic words marza which means "port" and memi which means "small". Hence, "Il Piccolo Porto". Recently, they purchased the establishment in Marzamemi and decided to create a place where guests could stay even for short periods. Their goal is to make their guests feel at home by trying to offer all the comforts and meeting every need that is expressed.

Very kind owners, structure just a few steps from the center, clean and comfortable. Breakfast not included but they still provided us with water in the fridge and in the room. Parking just a few steps away. I recommend it.

Lorenzo and Noemi are very kind, helpful, and discreet. The structure is really in a strategic position compared to the center, separated by a couple of blocks that protect it from the noise of the main avenue. I recommend it and, if I had to come back to the area, I would go back to them.

Comfortable and cozy room. Well air-conditioned. Good WiFi. Nice TV screen. Bathroom with a spacious shower cabin. Kind managers who are always reachable via Whatsapp for every need. Just a stone's throw away from the center and the beach.

The property is a 2-minute walk from the center, in a quiet and peaceful little street, very close to the sea and very close to the two central car parks. The owners are very cute, kind, and never intrusive, and the property is really, really spotless.

Excellent location just a few meters from the central square of Marzamemi and the parking. Lorenzo (the manager) ready to meet any request. Recently renovated structure and attention to detail. We will definitely come back.

Delightful accommodation, brand new, very well-kept and clean, equipped with TV, air conditioning, and a very convenient fridge. The bathroom is spacious and very clean. The covered terrace with space to hang clothes was also greatly appreciated. But above all, the owners were very kind and extremely helpful, with whom communication was very easy. I definitely recommend it!

Il Piccolo Porto is a Bed and Breakfast that offers a room with a private bathroom. The room and bathroom are equipped with every comfort, clean, new, and well furnished. Additionally, there is a covered terrace. The property is located in the center of Marzamemi, just a short walk from the promenade and the main square. It may be a bit tricky to find the address, as my navigator did not know the name of the street, so we had to ask for directions in the town. The owners were very kind, welcoming, and helpful.

Wonderful stay, the property is a stone's throw from the main square and 5 minutes from the sea, new and very minimal furniture, everything spotless and the owners very kind, what can I say I recommend it to both families and young people. If I have the chance I will definitely come back to stay here!

Excellent. New furnishings like the structure. Independent entrance. Quiet. Equipped with air conditioning and TV in the room. Cleaning and change of linen midweek. Warm welcome, the lady accompanied me to the center upon my arrival and has always been available for any request. I was in Marzamemi for work but if I had to go back for a vacation I would choose it again.
