The central square of the ancient village of Marzamemi is only 150 meters away from the guesthouse. Bars, restaurants, pizzerias, and shops can be reached in just 2 minutes on foot. There is a paid parking lot for cars 50 meters from the guesthouse. The room includes a TV, air conditioning/heating, fridge, hairdryer, and private bathroom.

The managers of the guesthouse Il Piccolo Porto are Noemi and Lorenzo. The idea of naming their establishment Il Piccolo Porto comes from the etymological meaning of the name Marzamemi. In fact, some believe it derives from the Arabic words marza which means "port" and memi which means "small". Hence, "Il Piccolo Porto". Recently, they purchased the establishment in Marzamemi and decided to create a place where guests could stay even for short periods. Their goal is to make their guests feel at home by trying to offer all the comforts and meeting every need that is expressed.

Lorenzo and Noemi are very kind, helpful, and discreet. The structure is really in a strategic position compared to the center, separated by a couple of blocks that protect it from the noise of the main avenue. I recommend it and, if I had to come back to the area, I would go back to them.

Comfortable and cozy room. Well air-conditioned. Good WiFi. Nice TV screen. Bathroom with a spacious shower cabin. Kind managers who are always reachable via Whatsapp for every need. Just a stone's throw away from the center and the beach.

The property is a 2-minute walk from the center, in a quiet and peaceful little street, very close to the sea and very close to the two central car parks. The owners are very cute, kind, and never intrusive, and the property is really, really spotless.

Ottima posizione a pochi metri dalla piazza centrale di Marzamemi e dal parcheggio. Lorenzo (il gestore) pronto ad accogliere qualsiasi richiesta. Struttura recentemente rinnovata e curata nei dettagli. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Delizioso alloggio, nuovissimo, assai curato e pulito, fornito di TV, aria condizionata ed un comodissimo frigo. Ampio e pulitissimo il bagno. Molto apprezzata anche la terrazza coperta con spazio per stendere gli indumenti. Ma sopratutto gentilissimi ed assai disponibili i proprietari, con i quali la comunicazione é stata molto facile. Lo consiglio senz'altro!

Il Piccolo Porto è un B&B che mette a disposizione una camera con bagno ad uso esclusivo. Sia la camera che il bagno sono dotati di ogni comfort, puliti, nuovi e ben arredati. Inoltre si ha a disposizione una terrazza coperta. La struttura si trova nel centro di Marzamemi a pochi passi dalla passeggiata e dalla piazza principale. A poca distanza è possibile parcheggiare. Forse è un po' complicato trovare l'indirizzo, il mio navigatore non conosceva il nome della strada ed abbiamo quindi chiesto informazioni in paese. I proprietari sono stati molto gentili, accoglienti e disponibili.

Soggiorno stupendo, la struttura è a due passi dalla piazza principale e a 5 minuti dal mare, arredo nuovo e molto minimal, tutto pulitissimo e i gestori gentilissimi che dire lo consiglio sia a famiglie che a giovani. Se ne avrò la possibilità tornerò sicuramente ad alloggiare qui!

Eccellente. Arredi nuovi come la struttura. Ingresso indipendente. Silenzioso. Dotato di condizionatore e tv in camera. Pulizia e cambio biancheria infrasettimanale. Accoglienza calorosa, la signora al mio arrivo mi ha accompagnato in centro e in seguito è sempre stata disponibile ad ogni mia richiesta. Ero a Marzamemi per lavoro ma se dovessi tornarci per una vacanza lo sceglierei nuovamente.

Stanza molto accogliente, super pulita e dotata di tutti i confort, zona molto silenziosa e vicinissima al centro del paese. La consiglio assolutamente per un week end di relax ma anche per un soggiorno più lungo. I proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili.
