An outstanding place, 15 minutes walk from Ortigia, 7 minutes from the Greek Amphitheatre etc. Secure free parking. Spacious and quiet. Lovely hosts. Great value for money.

Very precise, helpful and welcoming host: like feeling at home! Reserved parking in the inner courtyard and convenient location to reach Ortigia (15 minutes on foot) and the Archaeological Park (10 minutes on foot). Excellent value for money.

Very warm welcome from Salvio. The B&B is magnificent, comfortable and spacious for a family of 4 people. A 10-minute walk from Ortigia. The breakfast is very generous and very good. It was perfect.

A beautiful and spacious apartment! Very nicely decorated - there is even a piano, complete with sheet music, if you want/can play! The landlord is very kind and helpful! There is also a parking space available (although Google Maps may not be reliable here, as the street has been one-way for only a few months; it's better to contact the landlord shortly before). Breakfast in a bar opposite with a good selection (definitely try the typical Sicilian breakfast with brioche and granita!) and very friendly service. A few minutes' walk to the Archaeological Park with the Greek Theatre. About 20 minutes' walk to Ortigia. Orientation is very easy, as the accommodation is located in a small side street of the main connection road from Syracuse to Ortigia. I would come back at any time!

It is a large, clean and comfortable apartment about 15-20 minutes walking to Ortigia. The host was kind and helpful. The many stairs to reach the flat is a little problem. There is not a lift.

Salvo was very accommodating on arrival and departure times. The apartment is quiet and clean. The parking for the car is a plus. The distance from Ortigia may be inconvenient for people who do not walk much, we knew this in advance and it did not bother us, on the other hand it is close to the Paolo Orsi museum.

The strong point is the owner, very kind, extremely polite and ready to make himself immediately available to promptly solve the air conditioning problems of the first day, also proposing to offer us a night at the property in the future due to the inconveniences experienced. Very appreciable. Breakfast at a bar nearby but do not go before 7:30, you might risk not finding milk for the cappuccino or ready granita with disappointment from the bar manager sorry for not being able to offer you what you wanted.

Salvo is a lovely and helpful person. Knowing that I had several suitcases, he wanted to pick me up at the station. The room is a tastefully furnished two-room apartment with all the services available, from wifi to air conditioning, from the fridge to the TV with Netflix (which was very useful to me, given that it was pouring rain!). The bathroom has a hydromassage shower. Salvo provides bikes, but unfortunately, as I mentioned before, it rained all the time and I couldn't use them. We will definitely come back, maybe in spring. One last gem, there is a vertical piano in the room, beautiful to me as a piece of furniture since I'm not good with music!

Magnificent experience for me and my partner, a shame we only stayed one night. Host Salvo was friendly and helpful from the start; he was flexible with the check-in time and very kind, providing useful information about the city of Syracuse. The accommodation has private parking, for which Salvo provided us with GPS coordinates and once we arrived, he came to open for us. The room is on the second floor of a quiet and peaceful building, the room was extremely clean and fragrant; we had everything we needed: towels, shampoo, shower gel, fridge with water bottles and fruit juices, kettle to make tea or herbal teas, and air conditioning. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, breakfast was not buffet style but Salvo excellently provided it directly in the room, simply EXCEPTIONAL, compliments! For any doubts or problems, Salvo is available, in fact, among other things, even though he was busy the next day, he found a way for us to leave the car in the parking and wander freely and carefree around the city. The cherry on top, at check-out he also gave us a small handmade souvenir related to his passion for music, unforgettable. Thank you very much Salvo, if I were to return to Syracuse, I would definitely choose your magnificent B&B again. Goodbye. Tommaso.
