The hotel is 200 meters from the magnificent fine sandy beach of Pietre Nere in Pozzallo. The most beautiful beaches of South East Sicily (such as Santa Maria del Focallo, Punta Cirica, Porto Ulisse, Playa Carratois), the Island of the Currents where the two Mediterranean and Ionian seas meet, the Island of Porto Palo di Capo Passero, and the natural reserves of Vendicari and Plemmirio are just a few minutes away by car.

We had a wonderful 5 night stay at the hotel. The front desk staff, cleaning staff and breakfast staff were all a delight. The hotel is clean, well lit and in a great area with access to the beach, restaurants and bars. A special thank you to (I hope I spell these correctly) Manwela and Jolta at the front desk for making our stay very welcoming and special.

Too bad I had to leave after just one night (subsequent bookings). Everything is top-notch at this hotel. Very welcoming, friendly staff. No problem keeping my bike safe for the night. Great breakfast.

None of the "I liked the property because" categories fit for us. The Hotel 19/21 location was good for us since it was walking distance to the beach, restaurants or groceries, and the train station. Monica was very helpful from our arrival in getting us food/wine right away since we arrived late on a Monday and apparently local restaurants were closed. She was also great when we tried to book a car rental or find other excursions. Breakfast was very basic with no hot food so perhaps providing a cooked breakfast would improve the value. However, on our departure early morning before the kitchen opened, we were surprised with 2 take-away breakfast baskets of donuts and dry toast with various spreads and juices which was appreciated.

Very clean structure with very comfortable beds, new and well positioned, both to reach beaches and many nearby cities to visit, excellent value for money maybe also because it opened a few days ago, very welcoming manager and staff full of attentions, with useful tips to visit the area, breakfast without words abundant and of quality. Very nice and brand new hotel, very kind staff, shame about the poor breakfast, at 9.15 the croissants were already finished, then it is quite serious that there is no orange juice in a hotel in Sicily.

Per quanto riguarda la colazione , la spremuta d'arancia non può mancare in Sicilia e viene preparata al momento su richiesta per non far perdere i valori nutritivi che essa ha. Mentre per quanto concerne i cornetti , di solito le colazioniste rimpiazzano sempre i cornetti proprio per evitare che si finiscano e perchè sono più piacevoli da consumare caldi e fraganti. The structure is located in a very convenient position to go to the nearby beaches. New and very clean, the room was very comfortable, tastefully furnished in a modern way, equipped with a spacious bathroom and a small balcony (very useful for drying swimsuits and beach towels). The staff was more than kind, the bed very comfortable, the breakfast very rich. The only flaw was the organization of breakfast: in Covid times the division into time slots was a great idea, but then no one checked at the entrance, so the feeling was that many people were sitting at the table in the morning. Overall an excellent structure, which I will keep in mind for my next stays in Pozzallo. Recommended.

Per quanto riguarda la colazione ci dispiace che abbia avuto questa sensazione. In pieno rispetto delle normative vigenti abbiamo appunto organizzato la colazione su due turni (9 camere per turno con una pausa di mezz'ora tra i due turni per le operazioni di pulizia e sanificazione) e le operazioni di controllo sono effettuate dalla reception. In altissima stagione e con l'hotel interamente occupato sono da considerarsi almeno 20 presenze a turno in sala colazione. RingraziandoLa ancora e con la speranza di poterLa ospitare di nuovo in struttura porgiamo cordiali saluti. Staff Hotel 19/21.
