During my many travels I have always imagined what the ideal structure should be to host me.
Pleasant residence, reserved, with good comforts and above all economic. I had these four small requirements in mind when I decided to build the Hospitality Hotel, and today I can finally say that I have created for you what I have always wanted for me!

WHERE THE HOSPITALITY HOTEL IS LOCATED:
The Hospitality Hotel is located in the heart of the reference area for Health in the Sicilian capital, in the quadrilateral that houses the University Hospital "P. Giaccone ", the Civic general hospital, the G. Di Gristina pediatric hospital and the ISMETT High Specialization Institute; all within walking distance in about five minutes.
In the close vicinity there are various monuments of historical and cultural interest, including the Palazzo dei Normanni, seat of the Sicilian Regional Assembly, and the Cathedral of Palermo, proclaimed by UNESCO in 2015 as a World Heritage Site.
The Citadel of Studies of Palermo is also located near the Hospitality Hotel, which is located in Viale delle Scienze and houses the buildings of the various university faculties, the secretariats and the student pensioner Santi Romano.
For those arriving by car to the Hospitality Hotel it is useful to know that it is located outside the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL). Once the car is parked, you can easily continue on the streets of the center on foot.

From Central Station
1. On foot, taking Corso Tukory for about 300 meters. Turn left onto Via Del Vespro and continue for 260m. and finally, turn right into Via Salvatore Morso and follow it to no. number 41 (140 m.) (10 minutes - recommended);
2. With the city bus no. 246 get off at the 3rd stop "Salamone Marino" - continue on foot on Via Giorgio Arcoleo for about 150 meters. and turn right into Via Salvatore Morso, to go up to number 41.
From Falcone-Borsellino Airport
1. BUS of the "Prestia & Comandè" company, which leaves the airport every 30 minutes and, after about 45 minutes of travel, stops at the Central Station. From the Central Station it will be possible to arrive at the Hospitality Hotel by following points 1) or 2) previously explained;

Hotel located in the centre of Palermo. There was a lot of noise in the hotel from people who did not respect those who were sleeping. Noise in the street: people shouting under the windows, with rather poor insulation. The streets leading to the hotel are dirty. The hotel receptionist recommended a restaurant to us; he said it was good and cheap. It was a family restaurant, and the prices were very affordable, the dishes cost five euros, but everything was frozen and the pasta was cooked. Do not go there, the quality was more than mediocre. Personally, I do not recommend it. The hotel itself is fine; it was clean, the room was nice and the bed comfortable, but there was a lot of noise in the hotel from Italian guests and a lot of noise in the street as well.

Infine, per quanto concerne il ristorante in cui vi siete recati su nostro consiglio, le posso dire che spesso ci viene chiesto di consigliare dei ristoranti nelle immediate vicinanze dell'hotel e noi consigliamo in base alle esigenze di chi chiede l'informazione. Spesso viene anche chiesto di consigliare ristoranti che non costino molto, altrimenti potremmo consigliare ristoranti stellati a distanze siderevoli dal nostro hotel ed uscirne indenni. The hotel is advertised as wheelchair accessible, but it is not wheelchair friendly in any way. The room is tiny and a wheelchair user cannot move around freely in the room. There are two grab bars that are poorly placed and basically useless. The breakfast was okay at best. There was no fresh fruit; the chocolate is fake, as is the juice. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.

The people at the reception desk were wonderful to me when my husband was admitted to the Policlinico Hospital, which happens to be across the street. They helped me get in touch with the Canadian Embassy in Rome, as well as with Canada Life, our health insurer back here in Canada.

Pen stains on the cover, broken furniture, etc. Only the staff was accommodating. We do not recommend this hotel, which is quite far from the center and 10 minutes from the station. Everything is extra, coffee or tea... despite the reasonable prices. A bit far from the center, but some rooms on the street are noisy. Otherwise, well-furnished rooms, nothing to complain about.

More than a three-star hotel at 103 euros per night, I would define it as a hostel! The only positive note is the breakfast with products purchased from a local pastry shop. Cleaning and location are terrible.

The structure looks very good. Recently built, the rooms are comfortable just right. Good breakfast and possibility to park the car in the garage adjacent to the structure. Owner available to meet the requests of his clientele. Only downside is the elevator too small (only one person fits). Overall very satisfied. Will return.

Hotel that absolutely deserves the three stars it has. Good spaces in the room and modern but not impersonal decor. I greatly appreciated the availability and courtesy of the staff in managing the guest's needs before and during the stay.

Everything ok, cleanliness and breakfast, only inconvenience having to do it in the room due to regulations, but being small it was a bit difficult. The outside area is ugly, a dirty neighborhood. Too bad because the hotel deserves it. Giuseppe and Massimo always available people.

I had a great time at Hospitality***. The structure is close to the station and 10 minutes from the historic center. The breakfast is plentiful with a good variety of choices, the rooms are clean and modern, and the staff is very kind and professional.

I stayed at the Hospitality Hotel and had a great experience. The location is just a 10-minute walk from the historic center of Palermo, but also close to the hospital-university complex, making it suitable for both leisure and business stays. The room is very comfortable and clean, the outdoor courtyard is a refreshing space for those who prefer not to always stay inside the room. The reception staff is friendly and always available. The hotel has a very advantageous agreement with a private garage just behind it. They have a small pool with a whirlpool, which unfortunately I couldn't use due to personal reasons but I would like to do so in the future. Recommended, I will definitely come back!
