Holiday House Lampedusa

The property consists of 3 independent "Dammusì" located on a 2000 sqm unfenced plot of land. They are situated in a panoramic and peaceful (not isolated) location, approximately 150 meters from the rocky bathing area and about 200 meters to the right of Cala Croce beach.

Each house, approximately 40 sqm indoors plus a terrace, is located in Cala Croce, which is the first bay you encounter when leaving the town towards Isola dei Conigli, immediately after Guitgia Beach.

Each house consists of two bedrooms, one double and the other with a single bed and a bunk bed (200x90) that can be converted into a comfortable double bed with a single bunk bed above if needed for a second couple. Additionally, there is a bathroom, a small storage room with a washing machine, a built-in living room-kitchen, a pod coffee machine or a moka pot, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a private terrace furnished with sunbeds and armchairs, and a barbecue.

Furthermore, it is important to note that bed linen, bathroom towels, and a hairdryer are provided.
