Built in the early 1900s, it seems to have been created to host people who appreciate its exclusive qualities. It stands out for its intimate atmosphere, typical of an environment deliberately kept intact (although perfectly in line with the latest trends), with all the flavor and charm of an ancient and prestigious house.

The rooms are equipped with all comforts: hairdryer, minibar, Smart TV, iron and ironing board, drying rack, kettle and coffee machine. A few steps from the structure, guests can relax on a small free beach.

Located a few minutes walk from the splendid island of Ortigia, therefore in the heart of the city. The building has a garden directly overlooking the sea and a few steps away guests can relax on a small free beach.

Among the services offered, in addition to the breakfast that guests can enjoy in one of the bars located near the structure, a small library made available by the house and free on-site parking available only for deluxe rooms (regulation starting from 2024).
