The structure is centrally located and comfortable, but I did not like the fact that I had to ask for towels and the bed for a week without it being changed and without the room ever being reset. I felt like I was in an unclean environment. Usually, the bed and breakfasts where I have stayed were cleaned at least once a week.

Unfortunately, it is impossible to sleep without earplugs due to the noise of the water pump every time a tap in any room is opened. The bathroom is almost impractical due to the toilet attached to the wall and it is very narrow. The cleanliness is good and the central location is quite good, but disturbed.

The room occupied during the stay had a really poorly structured bathroom. An improbable shower and a toilet where it was impossible to sit. B&B on the third floor high with many stairs to climb. Excellent breakfast. Impeccable cleanliness. Manager of the structure very kind. Quality/price considering the location of the structure, still to be recommended.

Do you know when you enter a place and feel at home? Well, that was my feeling when I entered Chiara's B&B in the center of Palermo. Welcoming, clean, amazing and very convenient location. Chiara helped me and welcomed me with a lot of information and suggestions to fully enjoy my vacation. The accommodation is very well taken care of even in the details, truly pleasant. If I ever had to return to Palermo, I would immediately return to my “Sicilian little house”.

Great location for this bed and breakfast which is located on the third floor (no elevator) of a building on Via Roma, just a few hundred meters from the station, close to bus stops and major points of interest in Palermo. The structure is new and tastefully furnished. The room assigned to me and my partner (really very nice and quite spacious) was equipped with air conditioning, a desk (with two chairs), a kettle and herbal teas, disinfectant gel available to guests, candies and fresh water as a welcome. The only downside is the bathroom which, in my opinion, I found not very functional; there are no hooks for bath towels and a support surface (we used the window sill and the sides of the counter on which the sink rests). The room (including the bed) is redone with the change of sheets every 3 days, while the bathroom is tidied every day together with the change of towels. Free Wi-Fi with excellent signal. Italian breakfast with fresh croissants (delicious), hot/cold drinks and typical Sicilian sweets. Chiara, who welcomed us, was really very kind and ready to give advice on what to visit and where to eat. Moreover, she is always available for anything even on WhatsApp. What can I say, definitely to be considered for a next trip to beautiful Palermo.
