Our three pleasant apartments are located in Canneto - Lipari (bathing area of the island of Lipari) 30 m from the beach.

ATTENTION: the PRICES indicated (to make them consistent with those indicated on other sites) deliberately DO NOT INCLUDE final CLEANING (mandatory) and LINEN. Naturally, linen, if needed, is available on site with a supplement and cleaning must be added.

MINIMUM STAY: 3 nights
The three apartments (1 with terrace for 2/4 people, 1 for 2/4 people and 1 Studio for 2 people) are located on the mezzanine floor of a family house with an additional floor occupied in summer by the owner. They can be made communicating with each other.

The house, according to customers, is logistically well positioned: close to the beach (30 m.). All other services (scooters / bike rental, minimarket, bar, restaurant, tobacconist, newsagent, pharmacy, bank, bus stop and pier - in summer - for excursions to other islands, etc.) are within 100/300 m.

Canneto, a pleasant and quiet village, is 2, 5 km from Lipari to which it is connected by a very frequent shuttle bus service (about every 15 minutes in summer), with terminus at the port of Lipari where it disembarks. Canneto, considered the bathing area of Lipari, is located along a large bay with a free and equipped swimming beach (the beach of the bay of Lipari is not bathing).

The 3 apartments
The apartments are furnished with care and have all the comforts: TV, ceiling fans, linen and, if required, air conditioning with additional charge.

The two-room apartment with terrace, for 2/4 people, has a large terrace, covered and equipped and has a washing machine. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed; living room with sofa bed (140 cm.) and open kitchen, bathroom with shower. If necessary, a single bed can be added for a 5th person. It is particularly suitable for families with children. If needed, a camp bed and high chair are available.

The two-room apartment, also with washing machine, can be used by 2/4 people. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed (140 cm.) And an open kitchen, a bathroom with a shower.

The Studio can accommodate 2 people and consists of a large room with an elegant foldaway kitchenette and a sofa bed (140 cm.). A hallway and a bathroom with a shower.

Prices vary depending on the period and the number of people. The price includes gas, electricity, water.

ATTENTION: SUPPLEMENT for LINEN and FINAL CLEANING
The linen supplement (if requested) is 27 euros/week or fraction for 2 people.

The supplement for final cleaning (mandatory) is 50 euros for the two-room apartment with terrace, 45 euros for the two-room apartment, 35 euros for the studio apartment.

Air conditioning is available, with a supplement (5 or 7 euros/day depending on the apartment) however the house has thick walls, is fresh and there are ceiling fans in every room.
